PersonalityThough he may not have intended to become what he is Haastal certainly embraces it at every turn. The man has a free-spirited demeanor that most take for being carefree. While Haastal does have a good deal of mental baggage most would think he is one of the happiest, or at least most eccentric men in the galaxy. Although he does not seem to take much serious, he does commit to his work in The Confederacy. Since becoming a Mandalorian Haastal's views on his life have been shifted. He is no longer content with wasting his years as a gun for hire and instead has turned his attention towards learning and mastering the Mandalorian tenets of the Resol'nare.

Strengths+
Combat Training: Haastal has over fifteen years of combat experience. A practiced soldier he is extremely proficient in hand to hand, close quarters combat, and mid-range weaponry. Although he is lacking in long-ranged weapons and advanced ordinance he has proven to be extremely resourceful in the art of stopping another being from living, regardless of how far away they are.
Augmented body: In comparison to other humans, Haastal is considerably stronger, faster, and more resistant that others of his race. He has undergone a number of physical and mental augmentations which make him an extremely capable fighter. Most of his augmentations were completely organic.
Eagle eyes: Even before his physical enhancement Haastal had 20/20 vision. However one of the surgeries performed on him was on his eyes. Each of his pupils hold microscopic cybernetic packs which gives his eyes a number of improvements. His eyes can scan over a mile's distance with complete clarity and they can even be synced to his armor or even a private hub which can record and analyze everything he sees.
People person: Although he does have an odd personality Haastal also has good people skills. He enjoys meeting and talking to new people even when the conversation ends in a fight. In fact, he usually hopes it ends in a fight, especially with the ones he likes.
Weaknesses-
Loose Cannon: Although Haastal is a military asset he can is known for using tactics and showing behavior that can be detrimental to the mission as a whole. He is not the best when it comes to working covertly or below the radar.
Mentally unstable: Psychologically speaking Haastal is not entirely there. While he has some odd behavioral disorders he can also suffer from extreme emotional and psychological breakdowns. Some believe this is a result of his mental augmentations, however most of these problems existed before hand.
Achilles remembers a healthy childhood that had its piece of the finer things, but that never really mattered. His father had been into some manner of Trade or Commerce which caused for him to move from place to place about as often as could be tolerated while his mother spent most of her time caring for Achilles and his little brother. For years the family enjoyed boring, uneventful lives that Achilles resented. He always pictured life as something more than waiting for the next ship to take you to the next home. While he did enjoy traveling from place to place it always felt like there was no real reason for it. There was no adventure in their lives.
As a pre-teen Achilles found something that made his life a bit more fun. Day after day he would be sent home or expelled from schools for fighting, thieving, and on the rare occasion, drugs. It finally got to the point where his parents would no longer waste money on private schools or tutors, they turned to metallic instructors. His droid instructors were persistent and to him they were annoying. It did not take long until he acquired his first blaster and began tearing them apart.
Not long after his parents had all but given up on him, Achilles stole a considerable amount of credits from them and took to the stars. It was a wide open galaxy and he was eager to see it.
Following a botched mission in the Outer Rim Achilles' life was forever changed. The man's life was effectively saved from being terminated when @Isley Verd 's younger brother Haastal Verd I, saved Achilles' life. While Haastal died in the event, he made Achilles swear an oath to become a Mandalorian and watch over Isley as if he was his own brother. The moment Achilles agreed, he became the next Haastal Verd, warrior of Clan Verd.
