STRENGTHS

Mightier Than The Pen: The Hūkerikeri beskar blade makes it incredibly durable in combat, even when pitted against the vaunted cutting ability of a lightsaber. The edge itself has been further honed and hardened via a variety of methods, giving it a mono-molecular thickness and incredible cutting ability even when the vibration generator is not active.
Buzzkill: Ultrasonic Vibration Generator causes the blade to vibrate at extremely high speeds, allowing it to cut through flesh, textiles and even some metals (such as durasteel) with a surprising amount of ease. This is further enhanced by the aforementioned mono-molecular edge.
Silent But Violent: The ultrasonic vibration generator appears to remove the distinctive whine that most vibroweapons emit while actively employed.
The Pointy End: Upon attempting to stab a target, the device’s shockwave generator can be triggered in order to dramatically increase the piercing ability of this vibrosword.

WEAKNESSES

Shocking Development: Suffers from the same weaknesses as most vibro-weapons, namely it conducts electricity frighteningly well. While the textured grip is designed to protect the user from electrocution, the energy cell, ultrasonic vibration generator and shockwave generator are extremely sensitive to sudden surges, risking the chance of the weapon detonating.
Cutting Remarks: Hardy materials such as Phrik, Songsteel, Beskar or their equivalents prove to be much more resistant to this weapon than say, durasteel or flesh.
Whistle While You Work: The Ultrasonic vibration generator is still audible in the higher frequency ranges, making it not quite as silent as it might otherwise present. Species with ultra sensitive hearing, such as Sullustans or Bith for example, might still be able to register a faint hum. The latter even experiencing headaches in its presence.

DESCRIPTION

The sword keeps the peace of the land.
They say the datapad stylus is mighter than the sword. Perhaps true in the grandest scheme of the galaxy, but when it comes to a more intimate level, TOTT is willing to lay good money on the sword winning out. The Hūkerikeri being a prime example of that belief, being carefully custom forged to a heavy duty combat specification, blending the school of the way with the back alley knowledge of the outlaw tech to produce a rather deadly little number.
Taking obvious inspiration from the traditional Mandalorian Beskad, the Hūkerikeri is not only a touch shorter and broader than your average vibrosword, but also heavier due to the presence of beskar in its construction. This a more comfortable and reliable heft which, when combined with the mono-molecular honing of the blade edge, makes for an extremely deadly weapon even without the presence of the near-silent vibration generator. A shockwave generator has also been installed into the hilt, taking design notes from the workshop’s earlier Terminus Shiv line, allowing it to unlease a powerful sonic wave and pierce through materials that would otherwise prove impossible (perhaps even Beskar).
