If it is a matter of confusion, it is fine once or twice for a faction to change a thread prefix from "Faction" etc to a PvE thread prefix, "Dominion" or "Junction" or "Populate".
However, if it becomes a habit, the SWRP Staff Team will issue new rules to tighten the leash on this, as we will then attack the discussion from an angle that Major Factions are intentionally doing this to hide their intentions/manipulate the meta.
It is not our intention for Major Factions to "hide their intentions" using forum mechanics. It's my own personal opinion that using forum mechanics is exploitative and against the spirit of the Chaos game, as it is a step too far manipulative and would create a disingenuous meta that encourages lying to each other OOC.
