Seeing what "The Ronto" has done for Omega Squad, Caltin Vanagor had gotten the idea to design and mass-produce a civilian model. Kuat Vehicles owns the rights to "The Ronto" design right now and will for a few more years under interstellar law before it can be sold off. So GAL took a similar design and ran with it. The Buzzer can serve several purposes, transporting a large party of people or cargo, it can be a fun vehicle, a family vehicle, a workhorse or even a fun family workhorse.
