- Description: A large and powerful creature, the Gruenak is widely famous for being the elzeri version of a cow. Bearer of a thick shell that grows in his back, this creature spends most of his life close to water supplies, strolling its way to its shores, using the two tendrils on top of its head to procure nourishment for himself, savoring moss and fungi as its most sacred meal, the Gruenak is quite famous for finding them better than any other known creature to the elzeri, as its tendrils can smell an inch of them for miles away. This deep-voiced creature is regarded as very gentle when treated properly, for it does not seek to attack any living being it sees, but can turn to aggressive beasts of burden when threatened or scared, as many had discovered in their lives, a Gruenak is unfit to be ridden by others as it knocks them off its back on every turn, nor is it fit to be used as a beast of burden, the elzeri believe it is their right to live forever free of any shackles, herding themselves with their thoughtful expressions.

- Distinctions: Regarded for their resilience, the Gruenaks live peaceful existences as they can almost always be found with their eyes closed, wrapped on their deep and calm expressions, almost as if pondering something ridiculously long inside their thick skulls. Their bodies are said to be just as strong as a Rancor would, as bodies stumped by them can turn to mush with a single thrust of their heavy paws, much like it was later discovered that the species can chew durasteel quite easily with their small, forked teeth, as their talons, sturdy and powerful, are regarded as being sharp enough to cut off diamonds.

- Tender - Sought mostly for their meat, said to be delicious and much smoother. The Gruenak are hunted for their skin used to make comforts such as clothing, and for their bones used to manufacture weapon handles and household utensils. While nearly every single inch of flesh in their body is considered eatable, their legs are the most prized parts for their tender and easily seasoned composition, like their hearts, livers, arms, brains, guts, ribs are attractive for peasants and royalty for being delicacies.
- Blue-ish Milk - Gruenaks are known to give a sapphire blue thick milk. This drink is noted for always being cool, and for its sweet taste, which some humans have regarded as being similar to vanilla and cinnamon, although they aren't exactly sure of that. The Elzeri love gruenak's milk, not only for being tasty, but also for its nutritional values as it increases the immune system, but also, seems to have the same effect as alcohol would.
- Tough Shells - A gruenak's shell grows ever since the day they are born. This tough, resilient natural hide grows from the hardened sweat of a gruenak's back throughout its lifetime, the shell grows tough and so strong that it can easily defend itself from multiple blows inflicted by weapons of extreme heat, such as lightsabers.
- Singers - A Gruenak's voice can reach such powerful depths, that when bound together, they can sing so loud that is capable of penetrating most ear dampeners found in the known galaxy, stunning the users beneath causing them to pass out.
- Pathetic - Despite its natural biological defenses, the Gruenaks are regarded as cowards. Scarring them off can be achieved quite easily, as their compositions make them the perfect herd animals with few ways of defending themselves, by naturally being of craven personalities that drive them on attempting to run away in any given threatening situation.
- Outage Ways - Not only are their cowards, but also ridiculously gullible. To have them drawn with food or a simple petting hand to rub behind their pointy heads is such an easy way of persuading them to a deadly trap and a lifetime of incarceration.
- Sensitive - The Gruenaks aside from their tough shells, are sensitive to all sorts of external damage, their skin is so sensitive that a knife wound may kill. If not by brute force, out of panic, giving them a certain heart attack.
- Diet: Herbivore creatures. The Gruenaks eat any sort of plant they can get inside their mouths, much like any sort of fruit, and have shown a great preference for chewing off tree bark and deliciously eating moss.
- Communication: Known to possess booming thunderous voices that they use to make such deep note that is capable of stunning a humanoid creature easily.

- Religion/Beliefs: Not entirely applicable, for, some xenobiologists have observed a very curious behavioral aspect of the gruenak's around the galaxy referred to only as "Greetings", those are loud booming tunes produced by the gruenak's every morning when the sun rises in the sky that may last up to half an hour, and another one when the moon reaches its peak in the dark night sky.
- General behavior: Gruenak's are herd creatures and have very tight bonds with their families. Their colonies or herds may form up to three hundred gruenak's bound to live together and protect each other from outside perils, those herds are usually led by the largest gruenaks among them that usually live a comfortable life right at the center of those communities, being taken care of by their young progeny until the day they die, for they are regarded are venerable elders for not only their sizes but also their tremendous weights. Gruenak communities when living on favorable terrain have the habit of creating nests by collecting rocks and slowly licking them to oval shapes, using them to making beds for them to lie down, these creatures have mates for life, and can remember them even after twelve years apart. For gruenaks have the habit of migrating through the land they live, always searching for favorable terrains for themselves, not only for mating but also to live, where they enjoy spending their days without doing anything with their eyes closed, humming deep tunes.
An ancient creature, the Gruenaks were known to live in the elzeri homeworld long before they had arrived. Their lives in Valythor were but a peaceful one, as their herds could be found en masse throughout the land, for their relationship with a planet's ecosystem had always been tight. A gruenak takes care of its land the same way its land takes care of them, for they enjoy bringing down small trees by leaning their weight against its bark, as they procure for food and also spitting seeds into the ground, burying them so that the trees can grow anew. As they walk, they carve new ways for the water to run, sometimes even making new rivers and ponds, their fezes serve as nourishment for maggots and insects, that are fed to birds and other animals.
When a herd gets sick or starts behaving in strange manners, the elzeri believe that it's the way of the land of telling them that something is wrong. This magnificent species can walk through hundreds of miles before finding another place to settle, and many more to find the location where their forefathers have chosen to mate with their kind, much like safe heavens for them to raise their young in the mud, beneath the earth on the deep caves as they are groomed for the world. Killing a gruenak that already has a mate is considered a grave crime for an elzeri, as inflicting the pain of losing someone you love to a creature is among the heaviest crimes for them, a society devoted to finding physical pleasure out of this life.
