I have a question, would I be allowed to create the faction "The Sith Academy" and have it under the One Sith?

Thanks for the welcome, I may be reconsidering the Sith Academy but it sounds good to me, though unsure. What would you think? Or anyone else?

I don't see an issue with it. It would make a.place for Sith to train, and if the academy focuses on it, it could really help out some of the new members.
