grassroots thread restoration ?

so, im curious as to how to get google to apply the restoration of the cached thread, or to somehow manually restore it from the google cached version, as if the wipe did not happen. If we the members can restore all of our own threads, then many hands may make for light work (and tef can get off easy this time *brandishes a cricket paddle* )

any insights on this, or is was once was, doomed to be forever blanked, and we are having a clean break (as it were) imposed upon us ?

If you want the threads back on the site the best thing to do is get the cached pages and post them into the blank threads.

and how would one do that (besides just posting a link of the cache ?, which is, not the effect i was trying for.)

Copy the cached web page and paste it in. You can do a page a post if you like.

I don't think anyone will one to take turns pasting 175 posts to get Dead Space back to how it was.
