DESCRIPTION
The Glie-44 Navy is a popular choice among pilots and spacers. Most that find their way into the OPA's hands have been modded over the years with a few attachments like a targeting laser and vibrating grip when the power pack runs low. Its small and lightweight making it easy to smuggle or store on board a starfighter. Glies are manufactured on Ryloth and common throughout the frontier but still an unusual sight on some backwater worlds. 44 Navies are considered very dependable save for the exposed actuating module near the end of the barrel which if struck can cause the blaster to break or even explode.
