If you wish to list Force powers your character is proficient with, you can do so in your character's biography (not application, there is no character application).

In the Rules, there is no mention of banned or limited Force powers. Role-Play Judges are in charge of any complaints against perceived disruptive role-playing, though. They are better able to provide some examples of unacceptable role-playing.
