Average height of adults: 15 meters
 
Skin color: Soft blue on the top of the body, and with a sandy yellow on the stomach.  The scales around the mouth is red.
 
Hair color: None
 
Breathes: Type 1
 
Strengths:
Large - these creatures are quite large, making them the biggest animal on the planet.
Strong Body – these creatures can break most beings bodies, and crush smaller tanks.
Hood – the hood on the serpent can dig tunnels underground.
Thick Hide - Their hide can resist blasters, and slug throwers, but not lightsabers, and plasma weapons
 
Weaknesses:
Slow Moving – these creatures are very slow on top of the ground.
Dark Side Corruption – these creatures are corrupted by the darkness that seeps out of the Scared cracks. This makes 
them very easy to find through the force. but only by a darksider.
Blind - They cant see, but they can smell with their tongues. so if you can sike out the smell, you're virtually invisible to them.
Digging - Essentially, for them to dig a tunnel to get underground takes them about fifteen minutes, this leaves them open to attacks. Their sheer size makes them have to take longer to get underground. 
 
 
 
Distinctions: The hood on the snake has large spikes that allow them to dig.
 
Average Lifespan: 140 years
 
Races: Theres just the Giga Serpent.
 
Estimated Population: Because they only can produce one serpent at a time, through eggs, this makes them very rare to find, these creatures estimated population around twenty, to twenty five.
 
Diet: They eat just about anything they can find, their stomachs are capable of digesting products easily. 
 
Communication: Pheromones are released that are in their hoods. 
 
 
Culture: The king of old saw them as the trade mark of the planet as he had never saw such a large creature before, and thus his banner was tagged with the symbol of the snake, which still flies today under Romeo. They were feared, and respected. Farmers would lose life stock if they got to close when herding them. They were used as test to prove who was worthy to the king's elite army. Then when they became corrupted, they were just plane feared, and the things of nightmares. 
 
Technology level: None
 
General behavior: These animals are very reclusive, tending to stay underground most of their life, only coming up to eat a passing by prey, or to mate. They are territorial, and become highly aggressive against trespassers. They tend to be nocturnal. Durring mating season, they do a 'dance' where they coild around each other while moving to reproduce, and males fight with their hoods to win mates. They tend to stay away from each other in normal circumstances, as they have no real social interactions other then fighting. 
 
History: The creature was not always so hostile, and aggressive, in fact the Shadow Keep’s eariliest records state that these creatures were actually quite docile. The first king of Eclipstica stated that these animals only grew about 8 to 10 meters, and were only hostile towards prey, and trespasser. They were still quite reclusive, it wasn’t till the last king began his dark tyranny, and began to corrupt the planet, the creatures were shaped into larger, and much more aggressive. They pretty much took over the Scared lands, making it nearly impossible to really travel that part of the planet.

Intent: To create a large beast for hunters, and for population of the planet.

Alright let us begin.

The first and most glaring part is this as a darkside creature will require a development thread as is stated in the template. Darkside created or engineered will require a development thread. This can evolve perfectly fine but it will require a discovery thread. For their size and danger I would like to see a thread of at least 20 posts of quality where in you find the creature.

The general behavior will need to be expanded, cover all the bases. How do they interact with people, how to they interact with each other, what happens during mating season, what do they do with their young.

History and culture will need to be expanded as well, this isn't just the species this is where do they fit into the world. The culture could by how they are represented on the world among the people.

The species will need more weaknesses, a darkside aura is not a weakness and being slow is not much of a danger when you can be underground and strike from anywhere.
