- Cryo, No Ban: The specially modified gas canisters of the Soft Paw project a cryo beam, designed for fire suppression. By reversing the process of a normal blaster, the Soft Paw projects a cryogenic beam of gas, able to freeze armor or people, without immediately damaging flesh.
- FREEZE!: The Cryo beam projected from the Soft Paw is capable of freezing limbs in seconds, without the risk of insta-frostbite. Makes for a great non-lethal sidearm.
- And Stay Down!: The Ion Bolts of the Soft Paw are designed to overwhelm any defense it's target can muster, and can even overwhelm some vehicles if needed.

Originally designed as a personal sidearm for firefighters, the Soft Paw was dual designed for law enforcement as well, as well as being an option for GADF soldiers. Designed as a way to avoid the use of Cryoban, Rara designed a new form of cryo projection. Combined with the massively powerful Ion bolts, it makes as a great new non-lethal option for GA members.
