- Ace Pilot: From a speeder bike to a war droid, if it has a stick and flies, Garlar can probably make it perform maneuvers dangerous enough to void the warranty, if it has one.
- Mechanical Genius: If it has moving parts and a control board, he can probably keep it running and tune it up a notch.
WEAKNESSES:
- Small Stature: You put him in a boxing match with a shocktrooper and it might not go his way.
- Half-Man: With the number of augmetics and such he has, something is always on the fritz or not quite right with his cybernetics, causing all sorts of issues.
APPEARANCE:
Short. Heavy dreadlocks. A serious face belying a racuous, rocket-fueled sense of humor and adventure. Heavily scareed. Prosthetic let leg from below the knee, other various augmetics that are less obvious. Augmetic right eye. Always in at least torso armor with a few tools hanging from a belt. Heavy goatee streaked with premature greys. Seems much larger than he really is.
BIOGRAPHY:
A foundling of the Watch, clanless and raised by a starship pilot, he has a natural affinity with the making, repair, and use of basilisk war droids and the like, highly regarded in making custom droids of such make. Also quite adept at siege warfare and forced entry, rounding out a fierce 'tip of the spear' skillset.
