Talented Conductors: Galaxy Starways knows that the difference between a budget friendly Conductor and a skilled one is the difference between a timely arrival, with high ratings, and... well... not arriving at all! Galaxy Starways has some of the best in the business when it comes to rail based and repulsor tech based transportation systems. So good that rumor has it that these Conductors can time an arrival/departure by instinct.
Passenger Security Enforcement: Galaxy Starways prides itself on a safe travel experience and to that end has employed dutiful security agents armed with both baton and a SS-410 Police Special blaster pistol.
Customer Service Specialists: Galaxy Starways employs some of the best hospitality specialists in the industry though most of their time is spent with the wealthiest clients the attention to detail does trickle down even to the economy sections where clean seats, floors, and timely refreshment deliveries add to an enjoyable experience.
Step Through: Security is a balancing act. In an attempt to have the lowest possible instances of brawling, attacks, and so forth the screening process for potential customers is intensive. This leads to long waits for boarding. During this time it is possible that, if for some unscrupulous ruffian to decided to do so, some could take advantage of the stationary trains.
Public Schedules: Galaxy Starways can only stat in business when people pay for their services. This means that the departure time and arrival time, point of origin and destination, is easily researchable for weeks ahead. The only information not obtainable are crew and passenger names.
