• Lightning Blade
  • The emitter, regardless of how the lightsaber is activated, releases the focused converted energy from the crystal into a beam of super-heated plasma in .02 to .04 seconds, making it faster than the normal speed of .05 to 0.1 seconds found in other timed lightsaber activations.

• Durability
  • The emitter, having been created from Beskar, is extremely durable.

• Manufacturing Woes
  • With Beskar being the choice, the emitters are hard to manufacture, both in forging and availability of resources.

The emitter was manufactured, along with using Sith Alchemy techniques by The Dark Court combining two separate emitters, but emitters that required each other to function properly; the Blade Emitter and the Emitter Matrix. The idea was to consolidate two functions into one.

The concept was to create a blade that emerged faster, and after several trial runs, which they compared to other lightsabers equipped with the two emitters, they had success. Problem was, manufacturing the emitters was difficult, in terms of mass producing, due to current limited resources; making the emitters available only to those chosen by worthiness.
