Glad to see there's some stuff and interest going on.

Ryv Ryv Thanks for the plug - I've considered NIO and I'm already collabing with some COMPNOR elements, but as Marlon had mentioned, NIO has a few of those sects like the New Imperial Knights and the Inquisitorius that fall within what I consider to be that "special privilege" category I'm looking to avoid.

Daiya Daiya I have to admit, even after looking at Darkwire, I'm still perplexed as to what it actually is. As I read the faction page and resources, it sounds relatively centralized under the auspices of the Corporate Authorities, but it also sounds to be the complete opposite being a decentralized, laissez-faire network of several (criminal) entities. I'd appreciate if you could help shed some light on this which might help my understanding of things!

I like the idea of the Star Cabal - I could be down to pursue something like that, either in the existing iteration of it or in a new one. Alternatively, or maybe even in addition to, I could also be amenable to a more overt faction depending upon the direction we may want to take things.

That's okay, it's a common issue. We're doing our best to create a cyberpunk setting in a Star Wars game where the villains aren't FUs or faceless monster aliens.

We have a FAQ that helps to explain it, but I can try to clear up more questions if you join us on Discord or drop me a PM (in the interest of keeping this on-topic for your ideas).

Elicia Hejaran Elicia Hejaran Just piggy backing off of my friend Daiya Daiya , but the best way I've come to describing the faction for others is a game of Cops and Robbers.

Some people in the faction take to being the Cops (or Corpos we like to call them) that work for CAD, while the majority prefer to be the Robbers (Darkwire members, gangers, pirates, etc.). They are often linked by a common ground: greed.

However, recently we've gotten a bit more rebellious then usual. Power to the Punks!

I hope that helped and didn't confuse further lol

I like the idea of an anti-FU faction, but I'm wondering how far this idea would go and in which direction. Would the goal of the faction be to destroy the Jedi/Sith at whatever cost? Would it involve trying to undermine the Force itself, either by limiting the number of Force sensitives or some other method? Or would it be more of a cabal of people who are just dissatisfied with the Jedi and the Sith and decide to go their own way?

I ask because I have a planet which is based off of a similar sentiment, and at least one character who might work with this idea.
