I made an alternate character join my faction to test out this, as it happened in another faction and when I sent the message, the same- Bug? Error? Something, happened.

And as a note, I do not have the little thingy on.

The mass messaging system is currently known to be bugged, yes.

As I understand it's a rather tough nut to crack, so it's best to contact members by other means.

What my boss says is correct, if I could add a suggestion a few factions will sometimes create an @mention list of their active members and use that to tag them in discussion threads. I think that's better anyway because not only can you announce things to them as a whole but they can participate in the conversation

Thank you, it didn't affect me as much as others considering I do the whole mention list anyway but didn't see a thread about it, so I chose to be proactive and report it!
