Formatting question

Terribly sorry if I am just overlooking something, but I cannot for the life of me figure out the coding to format text and insert images and links. If someone happens to know of a quick link to reference, I would be much appreciated.

I am on mobile. I've figured out most of the basics, just not all of the tags. I do not see any toolbar, I'm afraid.

Make text bold
Underline text
Italic text
