FO Spy in search of GA Spy for Friend/Nemesis

Hello folks.

So Rick here (actual name Amin) is looking for a fellow professional of the Intel variety to spy on and spar with. Thinking something similar to how Cold War era spies constantly tried to learn about and undermine one another and their operations.

Hoping to find someone who would be willing to put a little bit of time into it to allow the story to develop. IE- We don't know one another are actually spies for a bit (develop a sort of friendship) and have suspicion naturally build after a while before culminating in a clandestine chase/fight.
