- Appearance: Florthex is about 1.75 meters tall. He has large, green eyes which he is usually using to give the nearest person a judgmental stare. Like most offworld Gand, he wears an ammonia mask on his face. He has three fingers on each hand, and two toes on each foot. He generally does not wear shoes, as his feet are tough enough to walk on most surfaces without becoming damaged. He has a somewhat unhealthy looking complexion for a Gand, possibly due to spending almost no time in his species’ natural environment.

- Personality: Florthex is unbelievably arrogant by the standards of his species, and most other Gand are completely disgusted by him. He also cares very little for his employees and would gladly put any of them in danger just to save his himself. Needless to say, he does not have any real friends, just people who begrudgingly tolerate his presence.

- Effectively Controls A City: Florthex controls Ybraxos Financial Services, which means he effectively controls Anslaque City. The City Mayor is severely indebted to the bank, and Florthex uses the bank’s G-1 Security Droids as a private army to enforce his authority.

Florthex Ochenoi was born on the planet Gand. He developed a strong sense of selfishness early on in life, and frequently bullied and manipulated other children into doing his schoolwork for him. He also always referred to himself in the first person, which is highly frowned upon in the Gand culture.
This arrogant behavior continued well into Florthex’s adolescence, and only seemed to increase over time. He ended up becoming the leader of a gand of juvenile delinquents who obeyed him almost without question. When he was not bullying people or stealing things with his gang, he was usually studying finance management or the history and practices of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, which he greatly admired for their expansionism and control through money.
Eventually, the authorities decided that they had enough of Florthex, and banished him from the planet Gand. Florthex requested to be sent to the planet Telos, where he had heard the highly corrupt Glolmark Corporation was based. His request was granted, and after packing his bags and disbanding his gang, the young Gand headed to the Planet Telos on a one way shuttle trip.
When Florthex got to Telos, he learned that the corporation was on the verge of collapse. He also learned that a few years previously, the Glolmark Gardens Bank had decided to form a splinter company called Ybraxos Financial Services. He decided to get a job at Ybraxos Financial Services instead of the Glolmark Corporation. He did not immediately start out as the bank manager of course. At first he was hired as a janitor, which did not suit his ego at all. He kept his ear to the ground though, and managed to learn a good deal about how the system worked. He managed to get a better job as an accountant after two or three years as a janitor. From there, he increased his standing in the company by bullying his coworkers and blackmailing his superiors into stepping down. By the time he had become the manager of the bank, there were almost no lines he would not cross for his own benefit.
