Scenario: The Chase
Scenario Description: It seems that a small scouting squadron of ships has been caught operating alone behind enemy lines, and is now being chased out. Little do their pursuers know, but that squadron is the lead element for an entire fleet about to enter the sector - They are not running from danger, but towards safety.

OOC Notes: For this scenario, Marlon gets to immediately have his full fleet on the battlefield, while Lofdrrl can immediately start with 1 - 2 kilometers of ships as his scout squadron being pursued on the battlefield. After the first couple of posts, Irveric can bring in any combination of the rest of his ships from where the red arrows with question marks are. The asteroid fields and the wrecked ship might provide some potential cover for warships on this map. This is a non-canon thread and does not influence any other events in the Chaos universe/history.

Terrik-series Attack Frigate Another Day

"Well, this doesn't look great," muttered Bo Dryson, lounging in the ship's command chair.

"And as your first cruise as a proper captain too," quipped C-7PO, hobbling over towards the communication's counsel.

As an old small time gun-runner and smuggler, Bo had rarely been on a ship as large as the Another Day until a crazed wookiee associate named Lofdrrl had harangued him into it in front of his old lady on Nar Shaddaa no less. Aside from the misfit crew occasionally goofing off instead of working, it had been an easy job so far. The Another Day's cruise had been easily, with the frigate easily outmatching most of the local defense forces and taking nearly a dozen bulk freighters with its consorts, until Marlon Sularen and his fleet had shown up. The miscolored protocol droid let out an excited shout.

"Good news Captain Dryson, I have gotten ahold of Master Lofdrrl. He and many of his other ships are en route now to rescue us."

"That's great. When?"

"I don't know."

"It just keeps on getting better," sighed the man, "we're at least pretty fast at sublight speeds. Let's see if we can simply outrun them. Signal the Boulevard, Vacation, and Pineapple and tell them we're going to head for that cargo container ship wreck."

"And then what?"

"We'll cross that Bantha when we get to it."

"I don't think that's the proper aphorism, captain."

"I don't care if it is, metal brains," glowered Dryson.
