A small idea and something that was set up for the Firebirds by Balaya after seeing how easily many of the sith lords and jedi just transferred bodies on a whim. The chips are easy enough to retrieve with the proper tools and you can transfer them to new fres clone bodies to allow the operative or executive or anyone close and valuable to the firebirds at their own expense. A better way to ensure the secrets of the firebirds remain within the order and don't get leaked or revealed as all implants are made to be helpful in other ways.
