PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

By all human standards Fervos is a terrifying figure. He is a tall and muscular specimen of his species, standing two feet above the average human male. One of his most defining features is the bevy of scars that mark his body. As a slave warrior he was forced to fight almost constantly, and each of his battles left a mark on his skin.

His clothing is simple and somewhat primitive compared to those of the rest of the galaxy. He prefers the more traditional and comfortable clothing from his home planet to standard uniforms. When working for the vanguard he dresses in exquisite hand spun clothing befitting the tribal leaders of his world. His battle dress on the other hand is usually comprised of togorian battle garb, essentially loose fitting clothes that allow for maximum freedom of movement.

He is still fairly young for one of his species, and his looks are youthful if not savage. Fervos's short tawny fur lacks any grey, and gives way to a blonde mane around his head.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Fervos believes strongly in justice and honor in every part of his life. Even during his battles with the Hutt Cartel he often engaged enemies in single combat whenever possible. He refuses to fight anyone who cannot defend themselves, and will often leave enemies to limp away if they choose not to fight to the death.

His thoughts on justice can often be seen as brutal or savage to those unfamiliar with his species. While he abhors wanton murder, he will not hesitate to put those who commit crimes to the sword. A particular example would be that during his campaign, he left several pirate thugs hanging from trees as a message to their employers.

Off the battlefield Fervos is a quiet and reserved man, often keeping to himself. He is private in his ways and only opens up to those who leave him little option otherwise. It can seem at times that he is cold and pragmatic, but deep inside there is a compassionate heart.

STRENGTHS
Legendary Insurgent- Fervos's experience waging a one man war against those who enslaved him has taught him much. Specifically on how to evade capture and fight large military forces. He has mastered use of a variety of weapons and explosives through use on the Hutt and Pirate forces.

Swordmaster- Fervos has trained extensively with edged weapons. Despite his large size, he is quite graceful in combat, able to wield multiple blades at once with equal efficiency.

Bones of Durasteel- As a Togorian, Fervos's body is highly resistant to damage. This is thanks to an incredibly dense bone structure that is difficult to break or facture. Strikes that could cripple smaller races tend to be shrugged off by a Togorian

WEAKNESSES

Big Target- With his broad frame and massive stature it is almost impossible for an enemy to miss Fervos. Whether that be a sniper from great distance or a particularly courageous trooper up close.

Honor Bound- While the Togorian sense of honor is usually seen as an admirable trait, it does come with a host of downsides. Cunning enemies can exploit his innate sense of fair play and need to face enemies head on.

Frontline Leader- Fervos refuses to lead his men anywhere but from the front lines. This comes with two large implications for his troops. Firstly it makes their leader more vulnerable to enemy action, and puts them at risk of losing him. Another problem with his style of leadership is he will often be locked in combat when his troops need him, leaving them to fend for themselves.

HISTORY
Fervos was born on Torgoria and lived a largely uneventful life of hunting and learning to smith blades with his father. That was until at age 10 he was abducted in the night by a group of slavers from a roving pirate gang. He remained a slave on their ship for a few years before being sold to the Hutt family on Teth.

The Hutts saw in him a great potential as a bodyguard, and allowed him to train until his 18th birthday. Then he was forcibly drawn into their ranks. Seeing the cruelty and sadism of the Hutts enraged Fervos, and he concoted a plan to escape them. Late one night he started a large fire within the palace, in the chaos of the blaze he managed to throw off his slave collar and escape into the jungles.

For weeks he evaded the hunting parties sent to recapture him without violence. Choosing instead to observe the mercenaries his former masters had sent. One day the mercenaries tormented a small village of humans and killed a small number of them, thinking they were hiding the Togorian. That day would mark a year long campaign of vengeance against the Hutts. Teth's jungles became a hunting ground for Fervos, a place where even the bravest of the pirates feared to venture into.

Seven years went by and Fervos kept a watchful eye over the jungle he called home, aiding those who resisted the reign of the crime lords. Until he was eventually found by a band of rebel militiamen deep within the nearby caves. He fought along side them for a few months before becoming their leader. Eventually, a group of warriors founded a fortress on Teth. Their forces were called the Vanguard Corps, and they seemed to be quite different from the would be despots that came before them.

It wouldn't take long before Fervos offered his services to these newcomers. While there was no doubt hesitation to allow him in, stories of his exploits eased the decision to let he and his militia in. From there he rose through the ranks from a platoon leader into a Force Commander. His hopes are that he can see all planets under the Enclave's protection become peaceful and harmonious worlds. Even if it means laying down his life.
