  • Reliable
The FE-22s is, in a word - a workhorse. It could be thrown into the mud, trampled over, or dropped from severe heights - and still fire without issue. When you need a weapon to work like your life depended on it, the FE-22s is one such pistol that could be relied upon.
  • Stopping Power
Although a sidearm, the FE-22s has tremendous stopping power. This is due in large part to its role as a particle beam weapon, and that it’s fitted with an upgraded actuating module. One can also expect the explosive effect of its yellow-hued bolts, making it an effective weapon against lightsabers, energy shields, and armor. Effectively, the FE-22s is functionally a hand-cannon in a service pistol-body, yet without the recoil you’d expect from it.

  • Big & Heavy
While not ridiculously so, the FE-22s is above-average in both size and weight; largely due to the miniaturized particle beam technology built into the body of a pistol, alongside its durable construction. This does not hinder its role as a sidearm, yet the inexperienced may find it hard to dual-wield such pistols without practice, or without grip/strength enhancements.
  • Spartan
Even though the FE-22s is vaunted for its simplicity and reliability, the trade-off to both is that it is a very spartan, bare-bones pistol. While it possesses some notable mechanical enhancements, utilizes miniaturized particle beam technology, and can accept muzzle attachments and under-barrel rail accessories; many of the modern features and tech advancements present in other sidearms are unavailable to this pistol.

Every good military needs a good sidearm. The FE-22s is the staple blaster pistol across all service branches of the First Order. It is designed to be dependable and serviceable across any foreseen battlefield condition, and can be used as easily as any other blaster pistol. It can accept the interchangeable parts of any other FE-22s, and is easy to self-repair in the field.

It is commonly said amongst those within the First Order Army that you could “chew it up, spit it out, and let a bantha poo-doo on it - but it will still fire.” When your life is on the line, whether you are a Stormtrooper, Soldier, or Naval Security Officer - the FE-22s can be relied on to potentially save it.
