Hound from the Underground

The idea of having their fleet always on the move was an admittedly good one, it made the most sense given the situation with the Covenant's neighbours. It was the same reason his mother's old clan always stayed on the move as well. But, by Manda, it made for one hell of a headache when it came to logistics and lodging. Sure, Yuri's freighter could run back and forth between Kestri and wherever he needed to be, but even the freighter needed to restock and refuel after a while.
So the Hound did what every sensible man would do.
He touched down in the hangar of Kjartan's flagship with bag and helmet in hand. Proverbially, at least. The freighter did need some servicing and he wasn't going to fight with every captain in the Mythos Fleet for clearance.
There was, however, a more sensible reason for reaching out to Kjartan other than wanting to be a cheapskate. But that matter would be discussed in time, first he needed to butter the man up and get permission to crash on his couch. So, while waiting for Kjartan to meet him, the Hound organized his items next to Maybelle in the cargo hold of his freighter and got to work on fixing the problematic systems.
He wasn't too concerned. The Hammer-hand couldn't get enough of the local mutts, after all.
