Family Ties

The Eternal Queen
Imerria

Too long. Feena had been away from home too long. She was sick. She was tired. She was starting to think retirement was her only option now. She could afford it. She could retire from the Confederacy. She could go back. She could stay here in her little castle on Imerria with her children and husband. They could all have a life. It would be a quiet life, but they would be together, at least.

Feena was not old. She was only turning thirty. But she felt like she had already done everything, like she was just waiting to die now. But it never came, no matter how sick she got. It was like she had said no to death so many times, that now he just said 'why bother' and moved on. Most of the time she was glad for it. She was useful to her 'family' at the Confederacy. She was good at what she did. But now, she seemed to spend most of her days healing the same soldiers. They all started to have the same face. It was becoming just like her days with the Republic. When she would heal their soldiers, just so they could run off and get themselves killed.

Pointless. All of it.

There were days when she fantasized about going off to a world, somewhere that only those she truly wanted to find her would know of. She would open a Sanctuary. She would take care of people. She would heal. She would teach. She could love unconditionally, and not fear that those she out her very soul into healing would just die the next day. She could spend her time helping those that truly wished to live.
And her children. She could teach them, just like a Mother should. They could become healers like her. They could live in peace.

Feena cradled her youngest daughter in her arms. She was a few months old already, but Feena had only held her in her arms about a half-dozen times. After her birth, there had been no time to bond. She handed her off. Left her behind. She left them all behind. Why?

The child squirmed, uncomfortable with this strange woman holding her. Well, how could Feena expect her daughter to know who she was? With a sigh, Feena passed her off to the Droid whom she affectionately just called 'K'. The child seemed more comfortable in those metal arms than her own. The woman swallowed her pride, and without a word, moved from the bed room to the grand hall.
She was just killing time now. They would arrive soon. She had not spoken to them since...

Since before all of this. She could still remember some of them. Never good memories. All of them, so proud, so full of themselves. She... had hated them. Now, she just wanted to know who they were, if the memory of a five year old girl was accurate.

This would be one interesting family reunion.

Penumbra received word his sister wished for him to stop by her home, and so with haste he began to prepare. First he had a servant begin to gather clothes, he never knew how long he would be gone so it was best to stay prepared. Next he sent word to an old acquaintance of his, Isis, as well as to let his sister know he would be bringing company. He had some things to tell his sister and the young knight.

Heading for his Luxury Yacht, HORDE, Zaiden made way for the room he used as his bedroom while gone. Reclining in his seat he smiled, he would finally get to hug his sister again, as well as tell an old friend of familial bonds found. Scratching the bridge of his nose he closed his eyes, he would meditate the duration of his flight.

@Penumbra @Feena Mason (I apologize, my comp has had connection issues for the last few days)

She was sitting in her private shuttle contemplating the outcome of marching into the republic senate and taking it by force while a full platoon of soldiers mowed down the republic guard, it was soon becoming more of a nuisance and the republic was slowly getting on her bad side, but now issues arose with the empire since from her own point of view the dictatorship of the idiotic sith emperor is now public enemy number one on her rictor scale of morons and bad choices.

As she sat here she listens to a song known as "how you remind me" and runs through her thoughts when she suddenly gets a message dispatched her to private comm system from a sith master who now goes by Penumbra formerly Zaiden James-Greyson that states to meet them at some residence of the sith masters sister, she found out recently that she could be related to the james-greyson/mason family so she is already intrigued and it is surprisingly shocking to learn since she has one sister she recently found out about and also has a cousin that she has known her whole life, but to be related to them would be shockingly irreparable and the fact she used to not hold any love or tolerance to them but in the more recent years she has learned to enjoy the company of Penumbra.

a few years back when she was among the jedi she met them both at a party and due to her position in life and being with the jedi she acted like a total snob and not like herself, she had for lack of better words acted like a serving girl and not as a princess but as time pressed on she worked alongside Penumbra and found she could respect him and tolerate him. But his sister was a different subject, she was among the jedi as well and is a healer, and for all her good there seems to be some type of greyness to her, for her good path she left the jedi and joined the confederacy and now she walks the path of something else.

As Isis sits there she sneers and deactivates the comms and places it in her pants and sits back to meditate on what she would do, she didn't barely know Feena but she would indeed like to even though she is the opposite of Isis who wants to see everything burn to the ground, could she tolerate Feena and if they are family could she tolerate her wanting to heal rather than burn? were the only thoughts to stream into her mind, breathing deeply to calm her mind Isis focuses and waits for meditation to begin.

Soon enough his destination came into view, thus the captain landed the ship and killed the engine. While the ships hum died down, Penumbra rose from his seat to stretch his aching joints. It was then that a smile spread across his face and he left the ship, knowing his men would bring his bags forward in due time. He had something in mind, and so didnt even think to tell them where though.

Aiming straight for the front door where he paused upon arrival, straightening his crimson red shirt before knocking against the solid doors..

Feena was at the door in an instant. She was expecting this. Him.

"Zaiden."

It was all she could say right now. She was so... tired. She opened her arms, pulling her brother into a weak embrace.

She knew who was coming next, and she dreaded it. She hadn't recognized her cousin before. Not when she snubbed the Princess. And Keter. It sudden occurred to her that he might find... her family ties a little shocking.

Coming from meditation she hit the autopilot and inserted the navigation coordinates in the computer and watched as she rocketed into hyper space, as she watched she calmed her mind and thought over the whole meeting of the two and her. little did she know she would be meeting another.

As she focused her mind she smirked and rested herself in the cockpit and waited for the exit of the hyperlanes and focused her mind, as the ship came out of hyper she took back the controls and piloted it to the starport on the planet and walked up to the building and knocked loudly.

Penumbra couldnt stop, the grin on his face spread until it hurt. Holding his little sister close he remained silent for a long moment, "Feena it is so good to finally see you again!" He said as he stepped back, but did not remove his arms from his sister. She was weak...

Instantly doing his best to fuel her with his own energies he stared with concern, "Whats wrong dear one " Zaiden asked, fear for her evident.

There were few that knew she was sick, and even fewer who knew just how sick she was. She had told Zaiden absolutely nothing, and did not intend to tell him. She stepped away after a moment, feeling a little more rejuvenated.

"I'm fine. I'm just tired. New baby and all that."

It was a good excuse.

Keter

The Renegade
Keter stood on the parapets of Dis, lookind out over the windswept planet. It was a world that could be likened to a wasteland. Maybe that was why it reminded him so much of home. The blond sighed as he looked down, seeing his wife and her brother embracing. He smiled slightly as well. It would be good for his wife to reawaken that sense of family she had been missing lately. SHe had been so devoted to her work Keter had feared losing her to it. Now...now the girls were going to meet their uncle. K-36215 was fussing over Celeste and getting her ready, whilst Felicity helped out whilst trying to avoid Slevin. The burly custodian was vainly having a discussion on the merits of looking one's best for the family, which Felicity was shooting down with points regarding family accepting you for who you were and not for who you appeared to be. Keter shook his head, dispelling the surveillance footage from his sight as he pushed off the parapet he had been leaning on. Time to go welcome their guests himself, he supposed.

Waiting at the door Isis sighed and began to gather the force within her body as her patience was quickly being expelled from her body when suddenly she focused herself and lost the little bit of annoyance she was feeling, as she remained she stepped away and took a few quick glances around and sighed as she realized she had been watched the whole time.

How can I be that much of an idiot? her mind raced with the thought of the fact she didn't think to survey her surroundings first, you're too trusting Menace, focus and expell the former you and adopt the new darkness that wishes to consume you.. we both know you need it her mind was mocking her, she already had the darkness and its what fuels her now.. she feels more alive and more.... powerful.

Looking back to the door she smirks sadistically and gathers the force for a little bit of time and then sends a force throw into it to test the doors ability to keep the people inside safe, funny as it is it held and she sighed.. you're weak Darth Menace, you can't even blast open a door..haha weakness will get you killed.. sighing she smirked and decided patience was best, she would eventually find her own source and when that happens nobody will stop her. But for now she is not Darth Menace but Horde General Isis Fontana.

Hearing a massive thump against the door they had recently passed threw, Zaiden instantly went protective. His full power flared to life, his eyes shifted to a dark red tainted by thick black sclera. The door would explode outward - erupting off of its hinges - thanks to Penumbra's secondary specialty in telekinesis.

Whomever felt foolish enough to attempt attack at this home while he was here could only be a fool.

...They DID know the door was unlocked, right? Right? Feena was in no mood to deal with foolishness. She crossed the foyer to the giant classic-looking wooden door and opened it with a little cough.

"Can I help you?"

(OOC: Wow my alteration did that ey? lol!)

Smirking as @[member="Feena Mason"] came to the door and opened it she looked at the woman and mockingly glared at her as she opened it and found the situation had grown more intense than it should have, the fact is that Menace was careless and did what she wanted but by the way Feena answered the door Isis got the feeling she might have made a wrong decision by testing the door of the house.

Staring at her Isis smirked even more and held herself with serious attitude as she stood there in her stance f authority and watched the woman for a moment while judging the situation fully and then speaking Long time no see feena she responded with a more colorful tone and waited to be allowed entry.

Penumbra saw it was Isis, and began to calm himself. He probably should have checked first to find who it was. Looking at the young woman he nodded, "My apologies Isis. I get protective over my family. Anyway, shall we go somewhere we can take a seat?" He asked as he looked to his younger sister for confirmation.

The halls were their comforting cold grey selves. Felicity had learned not to draw on them a while ago. The blond briefly pondered if Celeste would do something similar once she was old enough. Somehow...he felt that the answer was yes. He smiled as he walked. Raising children was...difficult. But at least he wasn't alone. Barnabus had experience in that department, and had proven invaluable as an aide during the first few years.

He emerged into the courtyard, strolling up to the gathered people, still smiling. These were Feena's guests, not his, and he would play the role of the obedient husband for her. Well, to a point. "Welcome to our home," he siad in greeting, coming to a stop by his wife's side.

Isis. Feena resisted the urge to frown. She knew her. Remembered her. Did Isis remember?

And then, before she could say anything, her Brother made the suggestion of moving somewhere more comfortable. Somewhere they could talk. She fully agreed to that. She needed to sit. Her nerves were already on edge.

"Welcome to our home,"

Keter was here. It was about that moment that Feenarah remembered herself. She dipped into a low curtsey, face turned to the floor.

"Princess," she greeted, but it was clear that she on edge from her tone, "Welcome to my home."

She didn't really mean it.

"I trust your Journey was pleasant?" she asked, turning away to lead them into the parlor before the woman could even reply.
She thought she could handle this. Did Isis even remember? The way she smiled made Feena seriously doubt it.

As soon as another male, a blond with a ridiculous dye job walked in Isis eyes started to flicker with electricity, her mind marveled at the fact he was a force user but she didn't care... she got a bad vibe from him and thats all she cared about.

On the way Isis had been deep in meditation trying to unlock her full potential in chain lightening, she did it...somewhat. As she stood there she looked back at Feena and forced an accepting smirk and then followed her in, truth is Isis was too busy focusing on the new arrival than to pay mind to Feena's curtsy and so she didn't really see it or else she would have returned it.

As her eyes preyed on the house she kept the smirk up and her eyes continued to have electrical currents run through them. she was not in her right mind, something about this blond knight had her guard up.. maybe it was due to her designation as a soldier and a sith, but something didn't add up.. she was feeling paranoid.

As she followed behind Feena she watched for any signs of attack from them all, Zaiden she trusted and she knew would not move on her unless she gave him reason to.. but due to the past Feena was problematic for her, and now this blonde haired knight. As she followed she kept her attention glued to her surroundings and made no noise, didn't even speak. For now she would just observe.

The temptation to draw on the walls was almost too much to resist. But mommy was home again at last, and Felicity was determined to be a good girl. Not only that, but Uncle Zaiden was here! She scurried down the gray hall ways, stopping now and again to fix her shoe, or dust off the little blue dress her mother had put her in. She had been drawing with chalk just a little bit ago in the courtyard when she heard it. A ship. It had to be him. It had to be her uncle.

Maybe he's brought something for me! It's been a long time since he's brought me a present!

Turning the corner with loud skid, the little blond child ran right at the familiar male, hugging him around the legs.

"Uncle Zaiden! You're back!"

Penumbra had changed drastically since last his niece saw the man, his body was now all organic once again, as well as multiple enhancements made him far more muscular among other things, accompanyed by nearly a foot and a half growth in height. But one thing didnt.

Feeling a tight hug on his legs, Penumbra grinned once more at the words from his niece. Picking her up into his arms he spoke happily, "Of course im back! I had to see my little minion!" Spinning gently, the man let the girls legs dangle in the air as he did so. Gently setting her down he grinned and reahed into his pocket.

"I thought of you when i found this little trinket. I hope you think of me when you play with it." Drawing free of his coat, held gently in his hand was an unflawed piece of Pyronium that he had crafted into a small girl doll. Holding it out to the young girl he looked to Feena and Isis, "Alright. Lets sit down and talk."

Moving to a nearby chair he sat and looked to the others, "Keter, my friend how have you been?" His decency he showed at the moment was a formality, he was slightly irked that his sister was weak enough that Zaiden felt the need to support her with his own energy. Keter was her husband, he should have never let her reach this point.

Keter quietly followed the group as they headed into the gueast room. He smiled as everyone sat down and he moved to pour himself a drink froma glass decanter. "I have been well. Trying to keep up with Feena, but then what else is new?" he shrugged, sippiing from his glass to make sure the taste was right before pouring drinks for everyone, and carrying a tray of glasses over to the table. He did not know these people, so he would remain quiet and listen and learn.
