False Flags [New Order, Mandos, League of Red Skirmish on Aeten II]

Nervous was a good portion of what Levia felt, but also excitement. The first call he'd received since joining the Protectorate all those weeks ago in Corellian space.

The shuttle he was on coming up from Abregado-Rae was bumpy at best, but he felt it was pushing as fast as it could to get back to The Siege Tower. He would be able to dock, get his gear and wait for the order. He hoped he would be more than just cannon fodder, as he had a lot to give but there was a lot out in the galaxy he hadn't come across before.

As the shuttle banked, he felt it slow and descend, so he figured this would be the docking process. There wouldn't be much time once those doors hissed open and the recruits were unloaded to take their places and get their equipment.

Bluejay was already aboard the Siege Tower. Although she was no longer a part of the Liberty Concord, she did work as a freelancer - currently, she was being paid by Abregado-Rae (or maybe the droid himself, she didn't who paid her as long as they did).

So she was going into battle alongside the Liberty Concord. The Mirialan clone couldn't stop a faint smile from flickering across her face at the thought of fighting side-by-side with her old comrades from the Dread Guard again, and the new acquaintances from the Concord.

Getting up from her sitting position, Bluejay made her way towards the bridge of the starship, halting when she was just inside and to the left of the door, as she waited for the details. Because there were always bloody details - or at the very least, specific orders to be given.

HK-36

The Iron Lord Protector (Neutral Good)
Aboard the Siege Tower,
Orbit of Abregado-Rae,

"Sir, responses incoming,"
The Communications Officer spoke up, the droid looked to him simply,
"Kaeshana answered, single Gonzanti Cruiser has been sent with trained crew, they will be entering out system shortly. The Concord has sent at least singly tramp freighter, it's already in Mandalorian Territory, among with some infantry. No answer from Fondor or the Iridonians."
HK nodded slightly, pushing himself off of his Captain's chair as he watched the darkness of space around Abregado's system, a flash was seen as a cruiser entered the realspace, a Gonzanti Cruiser.
"Sent my thanks to the Concord and Kaeshana for their representatives. Sound all hands on deck alarm, prepare to jump towards Mandalorian Territory."

As the dropships carrying troops onto the frigate, including freelancers and mercenaries like [member="Levia Sol"] or [member="Drazav"], touched down in the hangars and unloaded their soldiers, yellow lights would begin to blare and announcement for everyone to get to their battle-stations would sound out, it was not a drill.
"Come on! To the armory, hurry up, we will be jumping into hyperspace any minute, I want you outfitted and ready for boarding actions by the time we cross the boarders!"
An Iron Knight Captain called out, Captain Aegis, he was called, an aging veteran of grizzled appearance, clad in heavy armor of the Protectorate, member of the Iron Company since before the Bando Gora Campaigns. It would be him that would be responsible for making sure Levia and others would be ready, but he would probably not lead him into battle, Levia would most likely be assigned to the squad under HK's command, nudge-nudge, wink-wink.
Either way, the Captain kept hurrying them along as the shuttles began leaving, the only sight in the hangars were the armored military dropships used by the Protectorate, preparing for the upcoming battle.
"Armory is down the corridor to the right, 's go, 's go!"

Back on the bridge,
The doors would open and HK glanced back as [member="Nyos Val"] and [member="Bluejay Ungolfen"] joined him, he nodded simply to them, glancing out of the viewport briefly at Nyos' question,
"The Mandalorian distress signal from Aeden Miles was not the clearest, a group of ships, Tulak accompanied by Fel ships, have jumped into the Aeten 2 system with Republic IFF codes, none of that adds up, but it seems they fired upon the Mandalorians, and our aid is needed now. I have seen Aeten 2 before, it is not a weak world, and the defenses there must be stronger now than they were during back when the Sith Empire was still around."
HK would look back to them,
"We will do what we do best, launch our dropships as soon as we enter the system, board their flagship, the Tulak, kick asses of whoever attacked the Mandalorians, and take their ship."
Little did the droid knew, the Tulak was already sunk, seems the Sith weren't the best at the naval combat nowadays.
"Of course plans can change, depending on how many anti-starfighter ships they have out there, their position, if they have landed on any space stations or the planet, et cetera."
He nodded slightly,
"Any questions? Nyos? Miss Bluejay?"
HK asked, he remembered still Blue's codename, although she probably submitted it again when she filled out the paperwork for freelancing stuff, so it wouldn't be that weird for HK to know it.

[member="Hecate"]
"Sir,"
His Communications Officer spoke up, HK glanced back before giving a nod to Bluejay and Val,
"Hold that thought for a second."
Turning his attention to the Officer, he kept going,
"Yes?"
The Officer nodded as he was acknowledged,
"We have received transmission from the Gonzanti Cruiser, they are reporting in and sending us their specs."
HK nodded slightly,
"Connect me on their channel."
The Officer turned to his console, following the order, affirming with a curt "Yessir."

"Hecate Ferrum, this is Colonel First Baron Iron Knight of the Iron Company, thank you for your presence, specs are not necessary, I am familiar with Gonzanti Cruisers, prepare to join with us for a hyperspace jump towards Aeten 2, you are to provide escort for our frigate until further orders, over."

HK then turned back to Nyos and Bluejay,
"You were saying?"
He let them know that they had his attention once more.

Soon enough,
The Siege Tower would power up its engines, making a jump into the hyperspace, the blue tunnel enveloping the ship, and hopefully the Gonzanti Cruiser following them, the Tower had to go bit slower to let the Cruiser keep up with them, as they began their journey towards Mandalorian territory.

[member="Listeri Dalane"]
In the tunnel the Communications Officer spoke up once more,
"Sir, the Concord Light Freighter is asking for our status, they are flying proper IFF codes, it has been sent from Aeten 2 system."
HK nodded simply, gesturing for the Officer to connect HK for a response,
"This is Iron Knight to Concord Light Freighter, we are still on our way to the system, how does the battle look? Mandalorians were not too clear about the report from it, you are our eyes out there right now, be careful."

[member="HK-36"] [member="Nyos Val"]

A muscle in Bluejay's jaw twitched at the 'miss' but she didn't say anything. He's just trying to be polite. She reminded herself wearily.
Yeah, right! He's trying to make you angry. And you'll get angry. Because you're stupid, useless -
Really?! Fething really?! I am trying to fight here!
You should be trying to die here...
Bluejay sighed through her nose. The price of going crazy, she reflected grimly. At least she wasn't seeing things. Yet.

When HK turned his attention back to herself and Nyos, Bluejay managed a thin smile. "I wasn't." She replied dryly.
At least not out loud.
Dude! Shut up! - Or words to that effect!

"This is Iron Knight to Concord Light Freighter, we are still on our way to the system, how does the battle look? Mandalorians were not too clear about the report from it, you are our eyes out there right now, be careful."

Listeri registered the voice through the comm, as he nimbly dodged some stray blaster fire. "Not lookin' good, not at all. Station destroyed, along with a lot of ships. Why would the karking Pub's of all people attack the Mandalorians? " He spoke into the gadget, as he sped towards the fight, he fired at the Republic ships, aiming for the turrets through the aiming systems.

(OOC: Sorry about the late/short post)
Drazav was about to enter another battle, or was soon to being close to entering another battle, he needed his gear, not his weapon though, that was always on him. He turned down a corridor and entered the armory, it had lots of weapons and… Whatever else you would need to fight a battle, Drazav only grabbed three grenades though, he didn't think he needed much more than that. It took him only a few moments less time to grab the grenades than it took the rest of the men to grab their gear, shows you how slow Drazav was.
"Ready, sir." He stepped into a shuttle waiting for further orders.

As the ship began to take the fire of the mandolorian fleet, Vulcanus boarded a shuttle and took off from the deck of the massive flagship. Just as the shuttle entered the void of space, the missiles made impact with the shields and sent them into critical. They sparked and flickered for a moment before the surge of electricity was diverted to the power core as Vulcanus had programmed it to. A brilliant blue and green light lit up the darkness of space and the lethal doses of radiation and heat killed everyone on board the Tulak-Hord instantly as the ship's two halves were blown asunder. Power generators would kick on to save the data and try to maintain life support, leaving what the mandos needed to find in perfect condition.

The fleet battle continued as the twelve anti-fighter ships that remained began to concentrate all their firepower on the flagship of the Mando fleet. Even a Star Destroyer couldn't stand-up to the raw firepower of twelve combined vessels. The Dark Lord took it upon himself to board an Elliah-Class Fel ship named "The Outcast", a bit of a joke being made by the crew.

With nearly all of the Republic and Fel Remnant fleet's firepower focused on the Mandalorian Dreadnought, Sherruk was free to command the space station and move the other ships under his command with little fear of attracting too much attention. The long-range turbolasers of the Nynir-class Frigates continued to pepper the enemy and the combined power of the deck cannons from the Mandalorian Heavy cruisers ripped through starfighter and capital shields alike.

The momentum had shifted in the Mandalorians' favor with the destruction of Republic flag ship, and Sherruk would not let the opportunity go to waste. <Are the Naasts ready?> The young Mandalorian nodded to his commander. <Tell the Purudii and Gunships to run interference and get the interceptors to guard them. Rain hell on these Republic scum.>

LOCATION: DA FREAKIN MINES MAHN
OBJECTIVE: KEEPEN DA STYGIUM
AUXILARY OBJECTIVE: BEING ORD'AWESOME

[media]http://youtu.be/UCmUhYSr-e4[/media]

Ordo sat on the planet as blossoms of explosions and laser fire danced in the distance up in high orbit. His grey-green eyes got droopy and he decided since he had some how managed to put himself as far from the action he could get he would entertain himself. He set down his Vulcan rotating blaster cannon and sat down on a pile of stygium.

"Sittin' in the Aeten sun
I'll be sittin when the evenin' come
Watchin the ships roll in
Then watch'em blown away again, yeah

I'm sittin at the mine of the day
Watchin the time roll away
Ooo, sittin at the mine of the day
Wastin' tiiiiiime

I left my home on Ordo
Headed for the Aeten mine
Cause I've got no one to fight no
And no one gonna come my way

So I'm just gonna sit on the mine of the day
Watching the Ships blown away
Ooo, I'm sittin at the mine today
Wastin tiiiiiiiime

Looks like nothin's gonna change
Everything still remains the same
I could fight ten people if they wanted to
So I guess I'll remain the same, yes

Sittin here resting my bones
And this loneliness won't leave me alone
It's2 thousand lightyears I've roamed
Just gonna make this mine my home

Now, I'm just gonna sit at the mine all day
Watching ships get blown away
Oooo-wee, sittin' at the mine all day
Wastin tiiiiiiime

Hmmm hm hm hm hmhm hm hm hmhm hm hm hm hm ooo."

Ordo leaned back and stretched until his gauntlet datapad chirped. [member="Rianna Organa"], his riduur and the love of his life was seeking snctuary and she couldn't tell him where. He thought about getting up and leaving to find her right then but he couldn't leave his post just yet. He still had stygium to stare at.

Darth Ayra's trek through the forest, accompanied by a probe that she suspected belonging to something that should be dead, was a long, three hour hike away from her landing zone, where her shuttle currently laid concealed in the brush, until the point she came to a stop. She heard singing. Lowering herself onto one knee, Ayra scanned the area ahead with the scope of her rifle. As she held it up with one hand, scope pressed to her eye, she lifted her hand and made several signals to the probe to stay down and to be silent.

Ayra had it in her ability to crush several men at once with her Lightsaber prowess, such was her skill as a Sith Marauder. But she was also Sith; and that meant she didn't play fair. Whoever it was singing beyond the tree line was in for some unfairness. If possible, she planned to shoot them dead from afar. No fair fight, just a nice cheap shot. That was how she played, see?

[member="Darth Ayra"], [member="Ordo"]

"Enemy intelligence is minimal. Though my other probes suspect that the Stygium vaults are closed, as would be suspected. I'm sure you'll be capable of taking caring of the guards. I'll assist as needed." The probe. As the probe watched her get into position for firing on the Mandalorian posting outside the main vault, the probe lowered its speakers next to inaudible, lowered altitude nearly to the ground and scoped in on him to. It wouldn't fire, merely observe, though it was capable of both. At this distance however, it would be ill advised, and Ayra was the one with the accuracy anyway. The thing spoke very nearly without sound to grant her the information she required.

"There are several other probes in the area, very few. To communicate with all of them, this probe will serve as a command console. They will attempt to wreak havoc on the electrical systems." He informed her, as she took the shot. As it was taken, the droid immediately drifted quickly to the left. It had minimal shielding, meaning it could take a few hits, however, he wanted to suggest to the Mandalorian if he survived the blast, that it came from the droid... thus camouflaging Ayra from his vision with his mild yet sensible distraction. Movement after a surprise attack was the best method to attract the eye. In the highest likelihood the Mandalorian would see the moving probe in the general direction of the shot, long before he saw the stationary sith hidden in the brush.

There were a total of three probes, the one near Ayra, and then two others making their way to this position. Their first mission was to scan the area for power grids, and technological ports for the Vault. Advanced recon for the Sith sniper. They were not battle droids, but they were particularly stealthy in their general design. The best part of them however, was their cheapness. Voracitos could lose dozens of them and hardly form a tear, and he could replace them by the hundreds. Of course, that did require him to salvage broken down vessels, but he considered that as a free service, thus probe manufacturing on his ship was not a financial concern at all.

The probes triangulated the region, to keep them from accidentally grouping, and to gather as much information as possible on the area. So far all that was collected thus far was the Mandalorian Defender outside, that Ayra was taking care of. The other two drones would discover information as given.

Aedan glanced over his shoulder at [member="Nolan Detta "]as he joined the young Dark Jedi General who merely grinned and pulled his helmet onto his head hiding his violet hair and eyes. But in his eyes gleamed a dangerous battle light that seemed to devour the young mans being feeding itself off of the force and drawing upon it farther. Letting out a bark of laughter as they neared the entrance point that the Republic... no not republic he could sense them now. He could sense that they were Sith and that just served to fuel him farther while he was calm and collected still his hands clenched his lightsabers tighter. Two force presences on the ship that would make this a deadly fight. Both were rather strong to this would make this fight dangerous they probably outmatched Aedan but he knew tricks that would hopefully even things out. As they walked down the corridor Aedan calmly muttered to Nolan "From what I can tell we are facing off against at least two Sith so this is not a republic attack leave them to me and focus on slowing their troops down they have an unnatural anger around them." With that they turned the corner and came upon a sight of carnage what appeared to be 150 soldiers tearing through the volunteers that he had sent here ahead of his own troops. With a snarl Aedan let out a battle cry that the Red Legion soldiers took up as well and they started to fire their blasters down the hall way as Aedan ignited his lightsabers with a snap hiss the one in his left hand seeming to end at half the length of the other. Shortly after the silvery blades sprang into existence Aedan took a deep breath and seemed to yell down the hall way. "COME AND FACE YOUR DEATH YOU SITH SCUM I AM AEDAN MILES GENERAL OF THE RED LEGION AND PIRATE LORD I FEAR NOT YOUR DARK TRICKS NOR YOUR SABERS FOR THEY FALL EVER SHORT! FACE ME IF YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO FACE DEATH AND MAYBE LIVE!"

With that Aedan seemed to launch himself down the hallway suddenly the helmet lighting up as it started to gather targets which Aedan ignored he would have to fix that so it only marked those who carried lightsabers with priority. As he entered the fringes of the fray closest to his men he ducked low and swept his lightsaber up and through an Irodian's weapon using the force to push him into the wall hard as he charged onward ducking and weaving through the combat occasionally slicing at an Irodian sometimes slicing through their armor to remove an arm or leg if they were lucky. If they weren't they merely fell to the ground the image of a red clad man seeming to move faster then possible through the melee. This was thanks to his earlier uses of the force gathering it into his body and enhancing his abilities beyond what he could normally do. This was what Aedan did enhance his abilities and take the world by storm charging forward as if not strategy was required.

Near the rear of the hallway 3 men could be seen hurrying to construct a weapon as their allies moved around in front of them shielding them and keeping the Irodian's heads down as much as possible. But even with all their efforts his men were falling everywhere being overwhelmed by the fire that was coming down the hallway towards him. The portion of deaths happened to be from the volunteers though they were ill prepared for such a fight.

Ashe smiled, now groundside, contemplating her approach to the Sygrium stockpiles seemingly most likely to be targeted by these Sith. There was no doubt in her mind it was the Sith. It wasn't the first time similar tactics had been put into play, as her own daughter had experienced and nearly lost her crew to. It amused her... she knew the Mandalorians didn't care; they knew full well. They'd take any reason for war, and regardless of the falsehoods surrounding it, this one would do just fine. Even knowing the Republic's lack of involvement, the IFF's could still be brought to the Senate in the same way the espionage-gathered intel on the Glaive frigates was stolen and presented after the attack on Myrkr. Of course... Ashe had never faced conviction for that little event either, and now that she was Mandalorian by rite, anyone who might find out one day would be forced to accept her Clean Slate. Everything was all so clever, all too entertaining.
Ashe had also finally acquired her express order from Czerka and Ri'ess Regal, which managed to arrive overhead at the same time as her carrier-corvette; enough ammunition to slay a small city and two heavy assault rifles that she knew she'd be able to akimbo effectively thanks to her superior vampiric strength. Clips upon clips of the thing were stuffed in packs and pouches strapped to her arms and legs, a bandolier simply loaded with the things. Electric, acidic, flamethrower, incendiary, flare, FMJ, solid slug; it was all there. With the two rifles and their carbine-barrel mods attached in her hands, stocks tucked underneath the pits of her arms, the surreally quick foxtess darted off into the complex.

The Shadows were Ferus's Fist. They were his elite, his hand picked soldiers. But they were not on the ship to fight and win, but fight and kill. They had failed him before, and the original two hundred knew the price for failure. Their mission, take the ship. An impossible task, but if they succeeded, they would rejoin the ranks. They would fall, slowly as their numbers deteriorated, but they would not go down quietly. There were no squads, each man fought a distance from the others, and for good reason.

When one died, the thermal detonator strapped to them went off. Nothing would be left of them, and it's very likely anyone close by would end with the same fate. But still they fought on. Through death they would regain their honor. That was how Ferus's Fist operated.

Ferus stood on his own, his metallic hand gripping the throat of one of the volunteers, slowly chocking him. But his eyes were not on the man, but on the others shooting at him. With Deus he deflected the bolts, a sinister grin on his face as he made them watch helplessly as he killed a friend. But his fun was cut short.

He crushed the mans throat then, and dropped the body. His form would burst right to the men still shooting at him, and they would not survive. He would leave them in pieces, not bothering to turn around as he walked towards the voice.

"I shall fight you myself, boy. You shall learn fear this day." The Shadows would back away from Aedan then. They knew better then to get in the way of the lord. Now with his view clear Darth Ferus would raise up a single hand to lift the boy up, closing his airway through the Force. All while walking right for him.

Aedan Miles watched as one of the men turned towards him and then felt as the force closed around his throat. Keeping calm Aedan took a breath when he could and then did not panic did not struggle merely gathered the force around himself as his men poured fire down the hall way. Some of the volunteers started to panic as they saw the once feared General of the Red Legion being lifted from his feet by apparently nothing. But as they watched Aedan flicked a hand towards the man quickly releasing a strong burst of force push straight down the hall way. If this worked it would knock the man off balance long enough for Aedan to free himself from his force choke and close the distance towards him. Aedan's body still fueled by the force closed the distance between them quickly. [member="Darth Ferus"]

Meanwhile his men finally finished assembling the E-web blaster and turned it to face down the corridor as they depressed the trigger sending controlled bursts down it missing Aedan Miles sometimes by inches as they fired into their opponents. One of them turned to [member="Nolan Detta "]and muttered darkly under his breath. "I can already tell this is going to be a hard fight on the boss there are at least two lightsabers down there and one of them appears to be strong enough to mess with Aedan personally."

There was never a moment of letup from the Shadows. Those that remained would be charging forward, one directly for the E-web turret. While the man was able to pop the current operator in the head, he fell short as a new gunner took the turret on. His form detonated though, the Thermal burning everything around him. But by this point the Shadows themselves would be dwindling in number. They were able to hold the hallway, but it would not be much longer.

Ferus slid back from the push, his grip diminishing on [member="Aedan Miles"] almost as soon as it came, and he gripped his blade with sheer joy. A good fight always roused the Zabrak, and at least the boy didn't fall to a simple choke. He would keep still this time, waiting, the Force building up around the whole of his form. He was ready, was the boy?

As sensors flared with reading from the violent death of a Star Destroyer and com chatter from the Clan Skirata fleet reached them, the Clan Dem'adas forces that had been prowling the Asteroid Field abandoned their attempt at splitting up the opposing fleet and luring them into the maze of debris. Divided into five organized formations, the small fleet emerged from behind the trespassing fleet of Republic escort ships and began racing towards their targets. Each of the four faster formations was comprised of a Haran'uliik Light Frigate and a pair of Nebula Attack Corvettes followed by wing after wing of fighters, interceptors, and bombers that hid in the shadow of the larger ships. Trailing behind the four fast attack formations was a pair of Krayt Light Cruisers and a pair of Azalus Flak Frigates.

As the four faster formations closed in with their target, the larger frigates opened fire with Deck Guns and Vulcan Cannons aimed at the numerous escort corvettes of the enemy fleet. The exact type of target the ship was custom designed to hunt down and destroy. On the flanks of each frigate, a pair of Nebula Corvettes opened fire with Turbolasers, Dual Mass-Drivers, and Concussion Missile Launchers aimed squarely at the rear of the lighter escorts of the opposing fleet.

As the warhounds of Clan Dem'adas's Navy bit teeth into the flesh of Republic ships, the two Krayt-class Light Cruisers of the fifth formation activated their Gravity Well Projectors.

@Darth Ferrus [member="Darth Pathollex"]

Aedan Miles took a moment to gather his wits observing his opponents before he started to calmly and slowly move forward his lightsabers held so that the normal length one rested in front of his body as a primary guard. The shoto on the other hand arched over his head at a downward angle as he moved forward slowly almost inching his way forward. Suddenly he pushed off the ground with force enhanced speed as he seemed to launch himself towards @Darth Ferrus. The first attack he made was a swift swing with his shoto towards the mans shoulder as he gathered the force around himself as well. This would take time which mean he would be fighting this man with only his lightsabers and force enhanced strength.

As he fought against the Sith Knight his troops did not push up for that would lead them into the jaws of death they pelted more heavy arms fire down towards the troops as the men on the far side pulled back a bit gaining space between them so that they would hopefully have time to cut down any men who moved towards them. They were taking loses it was clear this men they faced were well trained but they didn't flinch from the fight they stood their ground pouring fire down the hallway.

A single hand went up to catch the shoto. The Songsteel plates along the back of his fist pressed against the saber, effectively blocking the blade. He brought his other arm around in the same moment, the purple burning blade of Deus slashing through the air for the boy's head. The Force sped his arm along, causing the blade to blur as it went for the neck. Ferus was not going to play nice with the boy.

The Shadows would continue to dwindle down, but continued to blast holes throughout the ship. Ceilings would weaken, walls would fall, the floor would crack. It would seem this particular hallway wouldn't be supported much longer.

[member="Aedan Miles"]

Aedan's eyes widened behind his helmet as he saw a purple bladed lightsaber flying towards his head and he leaned back feeling it cut through the top of it searing his head a bit. With a snarl Aedan disengaged long enough to yank the helmet off revealing his violet eyes and the pale violet locks that adorned his head. He took a few steps back and then took a deep breath before he released all of the force he had drawn in into one tight pin point aimed force push aimed at the core of [member="Darth Ferus"]'s stance. This maneuvers goal was to knock the man backward and hopefully into a group of his own men. Following this push Aedan would shut off his shoto and slip it into the loop on his belt as he drew his Westar blaster and started to fire not at the man but at the troops surrounding him.
