SETTING INFORMATION
Structure Name: Falird Cosp (Forest Calm, translated from Epicanthix)
Classification: A Luxury Family Vacation Home & Tea House
Location: Sakura
Affiliation: Yasha Mantis, Adara Raxis, Baiko no Kaho
Accessibility: This is a private access only luxury vacation estate placed in the Sakuran forest landscape, surrounded by greenspace and just out of eyeshot of other luxury estates. While not shrouded in high tech shields or security solutions, the estate is watched over by droids (listed below) & that which the denizens bring with them.
Description: Forest Calm is a wood, duracrete and transparisteel structure built on stilts to form into the surrounding forest, without becoming obtrusive. A vacation home built by Aditya Fitz-Kierke (Mantis) for her growing family, it was designed for serenity and calm over military function.
In fact, interior and exteriorly, Forest Calm is to all sight just a house with two structures connected with a wooden bridge. The main living area & kitchen is separated from the living quarters by the bridge. Built upon stilts to allow as little obtrusiveness of the landscape as possible, Forest Calm is a delightful vacation compound on an otherwise luxurious world.

POINTS OF INTEREST

No Kaho Tea House: The No Kaho Tea House is a transparisteel and durasteel structure floored with wood meant to be a meditative and ceremonial retreat for the sipping of tea and the engaging in protocol and ceremony. When not in use for ceremonial or libational purposes, the No Kaho Tea House is a quiet 200sq. ft. retreat perfect for listening to soft music, catching up on reading, or ‘chillin’ like a villain’ away from the main house.
Servants/Security Cabins: Built into depressions in the natural landscape, a series of wooden cabins reside on the far side of the vacation estate for the servants and private security forces, which protect the home. The three-room Cabins open into a living and dining area, with a dormitory-style bedroom (4 beds per room), loft storage and a refresher.

SECURITY
Medium
Miridmorut Defence Package: The purchase of the Miridmorut Defence Package was made by Mand'alor the Infernal to act as consistent guardians of the space.

Of course
Clan Raxis & Mantis Warriors patrol the grounds of Forest Calm, when it is in use by the family. When not in use, it is left with the defence droids & the odd Imperial Shipworks employee.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
When the Atrisian Empire took hold of the planet Sakura as a vacation world and pleasure planet, young unmarried Aditya Fitz-Kierke, a member of Atrisian & Panathan Nobility, took a slice of the forested planet for herself. She worked hard! She ran the Imperial Shipworks for Emperor Akio Kahoshi!
She deserved some space, yo.
Reminding her of a park on her home planet of Panatha, Aditya named her new parcel of land Falird Cosp, or Forest Calm and put her thumbprint all over it. Two interconnecting cabins were built on stilts, to be as inoffensive as possible to the flora and fauna, all the little luxuries of life placed within the walls. She and her then-lover Preliat Mantis found a rhythm visiting the place, and it was there she hoped to bring a modicum of calm to her troubled paramour.
What a pity then, that after Aditya and Preliat got married and had a baby (Yasha Mantis), Aditya and little Yash'ika got pitched into the Netherworld. Left nearly fallow (but rented out as a vacation home to wealthy business people by [member="Baiko no Kaho"] on the side), Falird Cosp waited for a new generation of Mantis' to rear up.
Being Mand'alor the Infernal is no easy assignment, and Yasha reopened her mother's vacation cabin for her own use. Modernized tech provided by MandalArms & Miridmorut, and the building of a series of cabins for those warriors or staff who came to help, Yasha made the compound a calm spot in the tempestuous life of a Mandalorian. Bitter memories are replaced by joy, and Yasha's retreat on a neutral world is a beautiful way to spend a few days before getting back to the blasters and booze.
