I dare say that's not a bug, Marimax Lacroix - I don't have sufficient privileges either, for the simple reason that Factory/Codex has shut down until the 7th of January (as mentioned above), ongoing reviews notwithstanding.

You can post your subs in Pre-Factory if you like, or simply keep them in a doc (or wherever) until it reopens, but do keep in mind that the "can be used until reviewed" rule doesn't apply to Pre-Factory.
