So things are settled, and I now have to turn my attention to vacancies left by the previous faction administration team. As we continue to get bigger and more active, more positions will need to be filled. But for now, while we work our way out of the winter hibernation, I have need for one person to join my as a faction administrator.
You'll be in charge of monitoring the members of the faction, keeping an ear out for things that they need or problems that they're having. Our job is to help the members of this faction have the best storytelling experience possible. Dominions will need to be planned, as will general faction threads. When the time comes, you will also be a part of the negotiating team for invasions.
Obviously this isn't a real job, but I do have to ask that someone only applies to the position if they have a genuine capacity to be active within the faction for a long period of time. I don't hold it against anyone for having other characters, or not having a lot of time to devote to the board. I simply have to ask this for what's best for the faction.
I'll leave this open for a week. People can nominate folks, or they can nominate themselves. Time with the faction, previous experience, or lack thereof, is not a factor. All you need to have is some time to devote to the development of the faction and a desire to help the GA grow to its fullest potential.
