The Eye of Abonshee was commissioned by Karkosuchus at the Guarja Shipyards on Nal Hutta. Named after his homeworld of Abonshee or Masterhome within the Anointed People's Language. This Heavy Assault Frigate was designed to replace his previous vessel known as The Gutless Mongrel which Karkosuchus had purchased at an auction but later crashed it while trying to hunt down a bounty. Overall it is regarded as having a strange design with its ion engines on the side of the vessel on wings instead of within the rear like traditional starships. This was designed that way so the engine power could be diverted along two wings instead of being concentrated within the rear which allows it to better handle the internal cooling factor.
The Eye of Abonshee is equipped with substantially more powerful armanants and defenses to allow it to stand up against pirate vessels and small patrol vessels used by the Galactic Factions. It is also covered with heavy armor plating in the event of shield failure to protect the more vulnerable parts of the vessel from taking too much structural damage. Due to using stolen istope-5 generators for the engine power; it has overall increased output. Although these generators consume a lot of power along with breaking downs happening. The communication tower is also exposed due to its unusual design.
