This is way too much conversation regarding one entry. State your requirements, edits that you wish to be made. If they argue, give them a second chance to make the edits or the submission will be denied.
If you require development threads, provide your requirements for a development thread, and provide the edits you wish them to make if any.
That there in the link is way too much discussion and/or debate... and even allowing a player to break the rules to enter the submission... and is distracting. Do not argue with submitters. Provide your requirements and if they are not met, deny.
