Alric Kuhn
Handsome K'lor'slug

Danger had always hated the cold, and in truth, he had never much liked it either. Yet there was something to it, something indescribable. The crunch of the snow beneath your feet, the smell of the air as each flake slowly dropped and accumulated on the ground. Winter brought a sense with it, a whole new version of itself that he could neither really explain, nor understand.
Empress Teta had never really had winter, at least not in a true sense. Much like Coruscant or Nar Shaddaa, Empress Teta was a Ecumenopolis, a city world. A planet that was completely and entirely covered with a single great metropolis. It's weather was controlled, tightly reigned in and scheduled by machines built eons ago. There was rain, there was sunshine, but there was rarely snow. In some areas of the planet it was produced artificially, the temperatures changed and shifted so that the rich could enjoy a taste of Winter, but it wasn't the same as the real thing. Alric had come to understand that on his first visit to Hoth, when he had begun construction on the ice hotel.
His lips pulled into a smile as he recalled the memory, his head shaking slightly as he continued upon the path.
There was something different about real winter, about the natural touch of a planets climate changing on a whim. This world had winter, real seasons. Unlike Empress Teta, this world did not consist of a single city. There were several scattered around the worlds many continents, the greatest of them being where Alric was now walking through, on a neat riverside path that had been carved through the middle of the city itself. Snow was falling to the ground, a thin layer already laying on the ground.
He had come here with his wife and his youngest daughter. A business trip really, though perhaps more enjoyable then the standard one.
The new company that Alric and Danger had founded required space to expand, places where it could operate and test new products. This world presented opportunity, and of course Alric and Danger had decided to come see the place for themselves. It had been coincidence that winter had struck just as they had come.
Myra had been practically ecstatic at the sight of snow, her eyes growing to the size of saucers and her smile nearly breaking her face. She had likely heard stories of snow when she was younger, but had never seen it before. Dromund Kaas had never been too friendly to snow, weather of any sort really, especially after what the Mandalorians had done to it all that time ago. Myra's reaction had been enough to make them forget about business for the day, enough to make Danger forget about the cold. They had spent hours playing within the park, simply indulging the little girl in every winter activity she could think of. Eventually this had brought them back to their hotel, a very tired Six year old immediately falling to sleep upon striking the bed.
It had been a perfect day really, something to be remembered.
He smiled slightly as he came to a stop, turning and facing the river as his arms came to rest upon the railing in front of him.
With Myra asleep it had given the two Corporate Titans a much needed breath, the two enjoying their time of silence together for as long as they could. Now it was nearly midnight, Danger had gone to sleep and Alric had decided to wander the streets, taking in the sights and enjoying the winter air.
