Everyday is V-Day (PM/INVITE)

:: HERO of KORRIBAN ::
Avalon stood, perched in his office, looking out the one way glass to the main floor of his club below. The Blue Violet in Paradise city was having it's grand re-opening after a long closure due to the past Sith occupation of the world. Zeltros was now free again, and Avalon wasted no time in making his beloved club bigger and better than what it had been before. A moment like this required its own special festival, and Avalon had just the perfect idea.

Invitations went out across the galaxy to those Avalon knew, or knew of. Certain names were left off the list as they had a reputation of bringing trouble wherever they went, and Avalon was not looking for trouble. The festival had a simple name to it, but spoke to want was going to be available at the opening. Vice Day, was going to see the Blue Violet open for what it was known for, and seeing Avalon as the question again. What is your vice? His pride came in being able to offer any vice which anyone had, and it always meant repeat customers.

The other hitch was what the club did for Avalon. He had his hands into dirty credits and used the club to launder them. The spice trade was lucrative, legal on Zeltros, but not everywhere he had ventured out to. He had been working on his own for a while now, and was looking to get back into brokering deals with the various crime lords in the galaxy. This was a chance to do that as well. One thing was needed though, Avalon had to have successful night tonight in order to justify expanding the number of locations Blue Violet had. While most of the night would be about the patron, Avalon also had to make some connections.

With a wide smile on his face, the Zeltron made his way to the floor dressed for the evening. A dark rinse tapered fit pair of jeans covered his bottom, black, squared toe shoes fit his feet. His torso was covered with a long sleeved, button down in robin's egg blue. The sleeves were rolled up just under his elbows, and the collar was fitted with a silver tie around the Zeltron's neck. A charcoal vest competed the ensemble, and what the outfit may have lacked in pizzaz, Avalon made up for with his charisma.

Each step was lost in the sound of the bass thumping. Everything was loud on the main floor, and always helped the Zeltron push patrons to the more private areas which cost a bit extra. The neon lights flashed, laser lights screamed across the air, visible because of the haze machines which were hidden well into the ceiling. The bar along the side of the main floor was already crowded. Patrons danced, and scent of bodies pressing together was ripe in the air. Other Zeltrons were around and on the prowl using their pheromones to cloud the atmosphere, so there was no need for Avalon to add his to the mix. It was rare he used them anyhow as he prided himself in being able to close deals on the merit of his business skills.

Approaching the bar, Avalon winked at the bar tender. In less than a few minutes there was a drink in his hand, a blue violet in color. It was named for the club, and his signature drink. It came virgin as well. Avalon had not prejudice against people's vices or what they did not indulge in. His aim was simple. Avalon was in the business to make money, and build his empire.

"Welcome one and all," he said from the small platform half way up the stairs back to his office. "Welcome to the Blue Violet where everyday is Vice Day! Let's make this a night to remember. The Blue Violet is back in business! TO THE BLUE VIOLET!"

His glass was raised, and the toast offered. It was a night for new beginnings.

Sasha Voss took a deep breath, then began her decent down the main staircase of the Blue Violet to the VIP seating area of the nightclub. The fiery redhead was dressed modestly compared to her usual sensual outfits for a fun night out… but that was before the debacle on Soceras and the aftermath to follow in the undercity of Coruscant. The Dark Angel to this day still did not know who saved her from herself. The self-destruction cycle was in full swing fueled by all the anger and hurt she was feeling all over a man. So stupid and never again!

All Sasha could remember from that time on Coruscant was the booze, sex, and way powerful drugs were good until they weren't. One thing she'd learned from her ex-lover was never do things half way. Well Sash hadn't that was for sure. Waking up after a near-fatal overdose at an private, posh rehab was startling to say the least. Someone had seen to it. That someone the Dark Jedi wanted to thank, or maybe not… It was much too early to tell if her sobriety would hold. One day at a time the counselors told her. Yeah right, one second at a time more like it. The cravings never went away just quieted for a moment. Tonight was supposed to be a night of emersion therapy, and Sash was going to enjoy it sober even if it killed her.

"I'll have a club soda please," Sasha said to the bartender after taking an open spot at the bar. To be honest, she wasn't so crazy about being around more Zeltrons, but the invite was too good to pass up.

Perhaps the Dark Angel could make inroads here on her new venture she was planning. After all, the creative slicer had credits to burn thanks to her stealthy virus program installed into the Galactic Money Fund's accounts throughout the whole galaxy. The minute amount taken from each account added up real quick to millions a month collected before any compounded interest was even obtained. It was time to start re-investing and diversifying now.

Near every vice imaginable was available for the patrons this night, save what Avalon personally considered to be morally wrong. While Zeltrons were known for their loose morals, they still had standards, and Avalon kept his high. The only part of him that was dirty was the second set of books he had running because the club was laundering the credits he was making by playing middle man for several of the major names in the spice trade. The Zeltron never touched the stuff personally, and everything was arranged that should it be discovered, Avalon would not be touched. His hands were as clean as they could possibly be, save for when found himself having to take care of a mess. He avoided messes as much as he could, but there were times when it took a personal investment.

Avalon was about to turn back up the stairs to watch the floor from his office when something out of place caught his attention, a redhead who was making her way to the VIP seating. She wasn't out of place, not by any means, but her attire stood out as being some of the more modest attire in the club. Perhaps on another world she would not have stood out, but this was Zeltros, and the rest of the women were not leaving much to the imagination in regards to the outfits they had chosen to wear. This one had, and that made Avalon rather intrigued. She had a story, and by the look of her causal sophisticated look, potential investments. Avalon wanted to know it all.

His first movement was to the bartender he was closest to, so he could have them look her order up in the Point of Sale system. He had to know what someone like her drank. Club Soda? Was she someone who stayed away from alcohol, a recovering addict, both, neither? This was interesting. A slight nod of thanks, and Avalon asked for a Virgin Blue Violet. The Zeltron was not going to chance it with the alcohol until he knew for sure. Tonight was about connections, and this woman was certainly the most unique person to walk through yet. That's why he followed her path over to the VIP seating area with the drink in hand.

Avalon's face was all business as he approached. There was a natural smile which he wore as the proud owner, but anyone who was familiar with the club would know it was the owner approaching. Naturally he looked her over. First he was a man, and secondly he was a Zeltron. While they were known for their passionate appetites, Avalon was not one to fling himself at every woman he laid eyes on, and even less likely to accept the company of the kind of women flinging themselves on him. The lack of frequent, and random, partners kept a mysterious aura around the Zeltron, and Avalon liked it that way. Yes, Avalon could be known to pursue, but he was never one to flaunt it. For a Zeltron he was reserved.

"Welcome to the Blue Violet," Avalon said as he approached her at the VIP bar. "Your club soda, and next drink are on the house tonight. In fact, I have it right here. No one should leave tonight without trying our signature cocktail. I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of making it a Virgin."

He sat the drink Next to her on the bar and motioned to a nearby table

"Avalon Gray. Are you expecting someone, or would you like to join me for a drink?"

Sasha Voss really felt like she had been reborn. Her days of wild and crazy debauchery were behind her, well for the most part. It was from a more refined view the fiery redhead would look at the vices that had once totally owned her. Now the aspiring venture capitalist would own the vices and make them work for her. Living in the trenches long enough, one begins to know them inside out. By using that knowledge, it would only help Sasha build a successful portfolio many thought impossible from her beginnings as an orphan on the streets of Denon followed by her fall from grace there after. Sasha would make them all see differently and come to respect her, or fear her if they crossed the Dark Jedi again.

Blue orbs took in the male Zeltron that greeted her. The rather charismatic man certainly carried himself well. It was a no brainer that he must be the owner by how the bartender respond to him.

"Why thank you," Sash smiled appreciatively, then reached for the blue-colored drink on the rocks, gripping the glass with a well-manicured hand. The red-haired beauty raised the glass to her pink-glossed lips and took an experimental sip, then put the glass down.

"Not bad… for a virgin," came a sly quip, then she looked to where [member="Avalon Gray"] motioned to.

"Sasha Voss... and I'd love," the Dark Angel replied simply, then picked up both comped drinks and slipped gracefully from the bar stool to make her way over to the table that had a semi-circular type bench going around; stiletto heels clicking atop the tiled floor as shapely hips swayed ever so.

"Seems your grand re-opening is a hit, Mr. Gray. Congratulations," she said, crossing one long leg one over the other under the table.

:: HERO of KORRIBAN ::
[member="Sasha Voss"]... the name had a ring to it, and seemed as though it would roll off he tongue easily enough. Avalon was going to have to store her face, and name, into his long term memory. Sasha was mysterious, and the mystery that was her only grew with her smart little quip. "Not bad... for a Virgin..." The woman certainly had a few layers to peel back in order to find the real woman behind them all. Avalon's vice wasn't drugs, sex, alcohol, not even power. While he craved some of those things, his vice was discovering who people really were. He craved authenticity, and maybe that was because his look and smile was its own facade in a way.

"...and yet you begin the night with a club soda..." Avalon chirped back. "I can certainly find you something that can boast a more robust experience if you wish?"

Avalon smirked as his own quip rolled off his tongue and past his lips. The use of his pheromones never once crossed his mind. This woman was going to be fun without adding chemicals to it. The aim wasn't seduction, but rather knowledge, getting to know her, why was she here? It took confidence to walk into a club on Zeltros alone. Everything about the woman screamed there was much more to her than met the eye.

Behaving as the gentleman, Avalon allowed Sasha to enter the booth first. She carried herself well, and seemed to have a determination about her. His natural empathy would help him figure things out, but Avalon would have to find the right triggers. It all started with getting to why she was here alone.

"A success, yes, we shall see," he said as a server brought by another Blue Violet for the man. His was not a Virgin. "If the night leads to expanding my brand to other locations in the galaxy, then I will consider it a success. Now the turnout, the turnout is great."

Avalon took a drink of the freshly mixed cocktail and set the glass back down on the table. A small white napkin served as coaster, and his pink middle finger circled the top edge of the drink as Violet eyes peered right into the crips blue eyes of the red haired woman.

"So you come all this way to order a club soda, and that quip of yours tells me there is something more. Tell me, Sasha, what's your vice?"

Let the game of cat and mouse begin. Hopefully the outcome was a positive one for both of them, whatever that looked like.

A soft smirk came to Sasha's pink-glossed lips as her azure orbs flitted over the Zeltron businessman as he took the seat across from her at the table. [member="Avalon Gray"] cut a good suit… but that was neither here nor there. That's not what the Dark Angel was there for.

"I wouldn't knock club soda… It's not that bad to drink actually, and if you ever get a wine stain on your nice clothes or carpet just blot the spot with it. You'll be surprise how well the benign liquid helps to clean it up," the redhead said, then took a sip of the clear carbonated liquid in front of her. The blue virgin drink was okay, but without it's main spirit, well it kinda fell flat and made Sash crave a real one even more.

"Well markets are definitely shifting out there as the influences of the galactic factions and organizations ebb and flow," she replied to Avalon's statement about expanding his brand. The new venture capitalist was looking to invest, but Sasha wouldn't be easily persuaded to jump in without a lot of research and mindful thought on a potential business backing.

After taking a nonchalant look around, watching the hot bodies bump and grin to the beat on the dance floor nearby, the Dark Angel returned her attention to the man in front of her. She was thankful the male Zeltron wasn't immediately using his pheromones on her; that would be a turnoff after her last experience with them. Sasha had built up a bit of a tolerance to the love chemicals anyway so it was doubtful they'd have the desired result. Well at least for now… Her shields were fully erected.

Her vice… Now that was a loaded question, probing too. Of course the nightclub businessman would want to know this in order to provide the ultimate experience here tonight for his new patron. But Sasha doubted Avalon had this one available to the public, and if he did, well…. she just might surprise him and give into the sinfully good indulgence; right now, right there in that booth… with him.

"Trammistan chocolate covered nuts… Once you've had them one never can fathom having a plain one again," the fiery redhead answered with a soft grin over the lip of her drink glass just before taking another sip of the club soda.

The decadent chocolate was very expensive and not something found at your corner market. It's especially good drizzled too… Okay that line of thinking was not good for Sash's addicted soul to that kind of thing, and was vigorously expelled from her mind in that moment.

"So Mr. Gray, Master of VIce… What is yours, hmm?"

:: HERO of KORRIBAN ::
"Oh I'm not knocking club soda. It certainly has it's uses, and can cleanse the pallet. All I meant by the remark was there is certainly more to you than meets the eye. You intrigue me, Miss Voss," he said until he could clear up he preferred to be on first name basis with everyone. He hated the professional distance created by titles like mister or miss, "and that is not something easily done."

His gaze never left hers as he brought the drink to his mouth. It did not go unnoticed she had not touched the other drink he brought her. Another clue perhaps? Certainly club soda was a cleansing drink, and had it uses in staying clean as well... perhaps she needed it... His pheromones could give him an advantage, but he refused to go there. Usually they produced a rather different result entirely. Women did not become loose lipped around the powerful chemicals, rather they became arroused and any chance of discovering the mystery of what lay hidden behind the facade all women created was gone. Avalon relished a good challenge. The clues were all there if one knew where to look.

"You've been studying the markets... interesting."

Violet eyes watched for the subtle looks and movements Sasha made as she took in the environment of the club. The way she looked at the way most of the patrons were dancing. The close, electrifying exchange of those bumping and grinding to the music as the bass beat loud enough the rhythm could be felt in the chest. Her eyes had a look as if there was part of her familiar with the scene in front of her. So which was her hobby, the markets or the dancing?

A smile stretched across his naturally pink colored lips as she revealed her vice. He smirked with a slight chuckle as part of him got the feeling it was said for a bit of amusement on her part. The answer was certainly not one the club owner was used to hearing in his club as most were after something considerably more sinful than gluttony.

"You have expensive tastes, and please, it is Avalon. You needn't fear falling into a trap that hasn't even been set," Avalon said reassuring her that he knew his species reputation, and that he was not like most them. "You see, Sasha, if I may, my vice is discovery, unraveling the mystery of a person, and the satisfaction of doing that on my own without the help of cheap tricks and chemicals."

Avalon reached into his pocket and pulled out a personal sized datapad, and tapped a quick message to his assisstant. Sasha was correct her vice was not something he made open to the public. The expense of getting that particular chocolate was not something which helped his bottom line if he were to offer it a mere treat. Avalon was the Master of Vice however, and chocolate was a common vice for most. Many would not think to request it in his nightclub, but there were rare occasions, such as this one where it was. He smiled again as he put the device away.

"I take pride in making sure every patron is satisfied, the real reason they return and bring friends with them," he said as one of the more nicely dressed serves brought a fondue pot, with cubes of Trammistan Chocolate inside.

With a smile they turned it on and laid out an assortment of nuts, strawberries, pretzels (Avalon's favorite), and a white puffed sweet treat. Avalon smiled as the chocolate began to melt in front of them.

"Hopefully this meets to your satisfaction..."

"Why is that so surprising, Mr. Gray? Just because I'm a woman and a redhead doesn't mean I don't have a brain for things other than monkey business. I would dare say smart, beautiful, and deadly are quite attractive qualities to have in the business world." Sash quipped in a light rebuttal to [member="Avalon Gray"]'s remark about her studying markets.

The Zeltron businessman would be blown away at exactly how much the dark angel had studied things of that nature while rehabilitating. She would not make the same mistakes as before. Maturity had finally taken over the brash Dark Jedi. Personal vices would not cloud her way to making vices pay for themselves, or others if they stood in Sasha's way of obtaining her goals.

"Interesting vice indeed, and nice to know you like to let nature take it's course," Sash smiled, then ran her manicured index finger around the circular lip of her club soda glass. "It's the best way if I'm honest, though sometimes a little help does close the deal, especially if millions of credits are involved," she winked. Yes, the Dark Angel wasn't above using mind persuasion to get what she desired, though much more selective in business deals and personal matters now. Sasha had been burned one too many times.

When the fondue pot was brought to the table with all the yummies to dip into the melted decadent chocolate, Sasha quirked up a rather pleased reddish-brown eyebrow as the redhead reached for a fresh strawberry.

"This does. No one can say you don't cater to your patrons every whim. Nice touch... And yes, you may call me Sasha," she replied, then lifted the chocolate-dipped red berry to her mouth and took a bite; sensually appearing as the sweet treat was so good!

:: HERO of KORRIBAN ::
"Interesting, not surprising. I do agree that being smart, beautiful, and deadly are attractive qualities," Avalon paused there intentionally leaving out the business world part. While he agreed with that as well, she had left an opportunity for him to compliment her, and Avalon took it. "You piqued my interest because as I said, I am looking to expand. If I am to do that I will need someone who knows the markets well enough to ensure I'm making a wise move. I'm never too proud to seek advice."

He grinned, and offered an understanding nod as Sasha quipped about nature taking its course. Yes, there was something to be said about the extra help his natural abilities could offer. Though, he had the feeling Sasha was speaking more of herself in that moment. Avalon was rarely involved with moving deals involving that many credits at one time. With his expansion ideas, he was going to be though, and knew there would be deals he might need to close with the added skill of his natural empathy.

"Nature has a way of working things out the way they are supposed to be. Any Zeltron in this room can pour a fair amount of pheromones into the atmosphere and get what they want out of it. The reward is that much better when one doesn't have to rely on them though."

Avalon was glad to see the fondue pot was such a big hit with Sasha. Her reaction was the exact reward Avalon was looking for in fulfilling the vices people had. Most were easy, and Avalon was not after the reaction of the easy things. Her reaction also told him this vice was a genuine indulgence. His smile widened as much as it could to see the sensual look on her face as she bit into the berry. Avalon certainly got a rise out of hit, though that was more of an unintended reaction. Neither seemed to be trying to seduce the other, or were they? Whether the goal was sexual or not, the art of seduction was employed in many arenas, and often times in capturing investments. Avalon was beginning to sense there was more to this than a simple conversation, a bit of flirtation, and a bit of shared chocolate. Perhaps there was some business here. They were certainly feeling each other out now.

A pretzel rod was picked up and placed into the chocolate. When it was well coated, the Zeltron club owner took a bite, and his own face showed a look of satisfaction. Yes, he enjoyed chocolate, very much so, but rarely let anyone aware of the fact. He was the vice master, and his personal vices were to remain a mystery from the public at large. Violet eyes moved to the electrifying blue orbs of the redhead across from him. She was certainly correct that intelligence and beauty were a very deadly combination.

"I trust you will not be telling anyone of my secret sin," he asked before taking a drink to wash the rich flavor down. "It is my aim to ensure every patron is satisfied thoroughly before they walk out the doors to leave for the evening. The lights, sounds, drinks, food, is not what makes repeat customers. An experience they cannot find anywhere else, now that does."

Avalon finished the pretzel, no double dipping, as he let Sasha process what he felt was the key to his success.

"Tell me Sasha," Avalon said as he took a wire strainer with a few nuts in it, and dipped them into the chocolate. He pulled them out an offered them to her. After all the chocolate covered nuts were what she specifically referenced. "what does a woman of your tastes require to be satisfied?"
