DESCRIPTION
Jedi Padawan Esta Pulsarcore hails from a background of brutality and battle. When she abandoned the life of a mercenary family to become a Jedi, the already proficient martial artist was in need of a traditional Jedi weapon, a lightsaber.
While Esta researched the lightsaber design and complexities, her history as a Kage swordswoman never left her. When she used her two purple Kyber crystals to work on her lightsaber design, she took a diversity of inspiration from all sides.
There were two crystals, allowing for two lightsabers. However, there was also strength to be found in the potential of a lightsaber staff. Thus, she designed the two standard lightsabers to be identical, allowing them to be hooked together into a saberstaff.
The hilts themselves took inspiration from the sleek, traditional designs of the Kage electro sword. Everything from the feel, to the cosmetics. In fact, despite offering zero resistance to plasma, there were even durasteel cross guards added to the emitters.
The lightsabers both have the traditional structures of standard lightsabers. The lightsabers also work underwater.
All in all, the weapons of choice scream of Esta's background, preferred fighting styles, traditionalist personality, and future possibilities as a growing Jedi Knight.
