DESCRIPTION
The Ermidyon Steelweave was originally thought of by a cooperation between the N&Z EnSol Division and its own subsidiary Starworks, the idea was to create a very formfitting material with very good insulator properties and a high tensile strength in order to allow for it to be used in creations such as nullsuits, jumpsuits and pilot envirosuits. While it took some heavy inspiration from the various known and popular 'weaves' around on the market, the Ermidyon Steelweave is unique in the fact that it also has the capacity to act as the basic for ballistic vests and stealth suits with the correct modifications and applications.

The consistency of the Ermidyon Steelweave is achieved through the process of weaving 'single atom' strings of Ersteel SLCA Pro, Infinium E.V.A. and Eridium Alloy together and use thicker cured threads of the Janus PBP [polymorphic Bio-polymer] as a means to form the basis for the eventual fabric, combining the toughness and tensile strength of the metals, the innate viscosity of the Janus Bio polymer to make it extremely form fitting, but also impressively durable. The thermal regulatory capacity of the Eridium alloy being used, the thermal resistance of the Ersteel SLCA pro and the general malleability of the Infinium E.V.A. combine into a comfortable, breathable and highly defensive fabric which resists many a weapon choice ranging from kinetic to energy.

Alas due to it not being fully formed out of one of the materials, not only do the strengths compound, but the weaknesses as well, resulting in a lower, practically average resistance against radiation and EMP/ION interference while the resistance against corrosive materials and sonic weaponry hasn't changed all too much.
