Endless Debates | Grayson Imperium

To Whom it may Concern:
The Following Members of the Nobility of the Grayson Imperium are Herby requested to attend a mandotory meeting of Council in order to discuss the recent aqqusition of Xa Fel: High Lord Savri Sal II, High Lord @Shran, High Lord [member="Tobias Dracks"], High Lord @Marcel Yorkell II
----------
Savri paced his office silently cursing under his breath. It hadn't even been a day since the end of the so-called Brother War, but the Grayson Imperium was quick to take heed in his offer. At first he had assumed the Military Office inhabiting his most vital Shipyards had been the force sent by Lord-Imperator [member="Cedric Grayson"], but after initial contact with him had discovered that Marcel Yorkell had the audicty to try and seize the shipyards for himself. Something that didn't just enrage Savri, but sicken him.

"High Lord, our guest have arrived. Shall I direct them here?" Asked his attaché, Medias Iparis, a former Vice Admiral in the Protectorate Military.

"No. Send the Hadzuka Squadron to collect them. Should teach them to be scared of who I am" responded Savri, feeling betrayed a day after a Civil War nearly destroyed his current homeworld.

"Aye, Sir." Replied the man. Metias flung his arms in distress at the black clad guards and silently the exited the room with the Guards Following.

"Now, let's see wwhat they have to say for themselves" said Savri with a gholish smirk. He then sat himself in his desk and waited on the men to enter, no doubt so he harass them into not claming Xa Fel.

-- Tobias entered system with his singular transport shuttle. This was a meeting of the High Lords and Nobility, bringing large security detail would seem aggressive and the Imperator would not take kindly to the Nobility not playing nice in the early game. Unity was the best option for all of them at the moment, carve out what they gained later when the warlords were conquered and worlds under their thumb. The Remnant of forces he had under his command was busy patrolling their supply lines. The Core Worlds were in disrepair, wars fought over the many planets only damaged their infrastructure deeper with every battle. The only standing factories and yards that could supply the Imperium current needs were in the Fringe Worlds and Unknown Region. Fields of conflict farm from the battles waged between the bigger players. Jasters Fleets and Soldiers were currently securing that need.

-- And as his forces were gathering the supplies needed by this group, he hears the Duke Yorkell had stolen the trade routes of Brentaal IV from under his companies nose. Brentaal was the linchpin in the trade routes of the UTC, Galactic North, South, East, and West were controlled in that one singular planet. It was his claim and the company was on the bring of war with its overthrow.

-- If Tobias did not step in and veto their vote, destruction of the planets infrastructure would be that of equal to Kuat. He needed the space ports to be opened, delays of supplies to his customers would only damage his stock as he had orders across the galaxy. He needed to get the Duke to back off his invasion and take over, he cared little for the control of the other house or what happened on the surface. Stopping his shipments however, that was near declaration of war in corporate terms.

-- "High Lord Dracks, we have arrived." Stated one of the attendints.

-- Tobias nodded and finished his glass of Corellian Wine. Bastards were traitors, but they knew how to make good booze. "Inform High Lord Sal of our arrival," He placed the glass down and looked to his security detail. "Ready Colonal?"

-- The man standing in golden Republic Armor, polished and reforged with his house symbol on it nodded, "Of course my lord."

-- The ship moved into posistion and awaited confirmation for them to land. Once it arrived they pulled in and were radioed that the High Lord of House Dracks arrived.

Curiosity was the sole reason Cedric had opted to attend this meeting.

He was unaware that the High Lords were invited, and did not wholly care for that matter one way or the other. This was another possible rival, a supposed usurper. Cedric would give him whatever ultimatums were required, and if they were not followed, would see Xa Fel rendered as little more than an Imperial holding.

The Mephirium class Star Destroyer hung at the edge of the system. A squadron of vessels came to meet the warship, opting to guide its Imperator. Cedric raised an eyebrow at this, and whilst he chose to allow it, several of his own fighters would accompany the escort.

The trip was a brief one.

The Jedi Master drew back his cowl as he entered the room, the dozen Sons of Ession that accompanied him filing out on either side of the doorway.

"Hello," was his greeting, a smile softening his features. "I received your transmission. You wished to speak, Sir...?" He let the question hang, either unaware of the man's name, or simply wishing for him to give it.

This was too much Marace though. With the recent disaster on Pijal and now the DIA being involved in a possible conflict with the Silver Jedi , Maracel seemed to have enemies on all sides. With Maracel and Tobias Dracks possessing conflicting claims on Kuat and Brentaal IV , Maracel was willing to fully undermine Drack’s efforts and eventually force him to withdraw from Kuat and agree to a compromise on Brentaal IV through the use of his proxies. However yet once more , Maracel faced another rival , Savri Sal II.

During the Battle of Xa Fel , the Directorate had joined the Red Dragon in it’s final assault on the Corporate Protectorate and had moved forth to attack the Xa Fel Shipyards in an attempt to use them for the Directorate’s own needs. Yet now he faced new opposition in Savri Sal II. Following the Battle of Xa Fel , Sal II had called for a meeting with the Leaders of the Grayson Imperium and yet the fact that the man had the audacity to declare himself High Lord of the Imperium without the Imperator himself awarding such title himself even made Maracel even more furious. Yet he had to come to the meeting and finally he would show Sal II what he was made off.

On board of Maracel’s Flagship , the Eye of the Director Maracel escorted by a dozen of Directorate Supercommandos boarded his shuttle accompanied by his Cousin Denzul Yorkell who served as part of the Directorate’s Quadrumvirate in which was composed of Maracel , Denzul , Lucius Fendam and Jewele Hemsworth all whom had close relations with Maracel , Denzul being Maracel’s cousin , Lucius being Maracel’s best friend and Jewele being Maracel’s Fiance. Soon Maracel would bring the Quadrumvirate into the spotlight of the Politics of the Core Worlds but for now they acted like a shadowy group only to emerge when the time would be right.

As his Shuttle left from the Assimilator-Class Star Destroyer and towards the Shipyards , Maracel prepared himself for perhaps the turning point of the Directorate. A Meeting that would reveal the true colors of the Directorate and it’s strength and power. Soon the Directorate would be a force beyond reckoning and Maracel would prove such during this meeting. As he walked towards the Office of Savri Sal II , Maracel prepared himself for the intense meeting escorted by his Supercommandos and their shiny white armor ready to display the strength of the Directorate.

As he entered the room , Maracel without even greeting Savari Sal II nor the Imperator sat down and crossed his legs. “So Savari Sal II is it. Why have you summoned us to your office. Especially given that I have other Important affairs to attend to.” With that Maracel smiled and prepared for the long confrontation that awaited him.

Shran's shuttle had been the last to arrive in the system it appeared. He had been preoccupied with a personal matter that delayed his arrival. In all honesty, the only reason he cared about his tardiness at all was because the Imperator would be in attendance as well. His shuttle made its final approach.

"We've arrived sir." Came the voice of the pilot over the loudspeaker as the ship docked.

Shran disembarked the shuttle, greeted by an officer who then escorted him to the others.
