Empress Needs a Sig

I think I made a request before but, at the time, I wasn't too sure what I wanted aside from the usual stuff you'd want in a sig. Now that I've better established Nimue's character I know more of what I'd like.

Something with these following pictures and the name EMpress Nimue Stormson at the top. And then the phrase "The Meek kneel Low. The Strong stand Tall."
