SETTING INFORMATION

• Structure Name: Embassy of Alderaan to the High Republic
• Classification: Foreign Embassy
• Location: Theed, Naboo
• Affiliation: Government of Alderaan
• Accessibility: The first floor of the embassy is open to the public, provided they are able to pass the security screening. The second floor is reserved for embassy officials and visiting dignitaries. The upper levels are restricted to embassy personnel only.
• Description: Located in the heart of Theed, the Alderaanian Embassy is located within a large building with white synthstone walls and a verdigris roof.

POINTS OF INTEREST

• Exterior
  • Docking Bay: A private area reserved for starships and airspeeders belonging to the Alderaanian dignitaries.
  • Security Gate: The only entryway on the ground, the gate can be locked down in the event of an emergency, turning the embassy into an impenetrable fortress.
  • Faith Organa Gardens: Named after Queen Faith Organa, the gardens feature flora native to Alderaan such as the hydenock, t'iil, arallute, ladalum, chinar, lenall, and candlewick flowers.
• First Floor
  • Security Office: Located near the embassy entrance, the security office is the central hub of the security team which guards the embassy.
  • Foyer: The first area visitors encounter when they walk through the doors, they will be screened by security before being permitted to enter the rest of the building.
  • Convention Hall: A venue space with a stage, used for press conferences, cultural performances, and any other events with a large number of guests.
  • Gallery: One of the finest collections of Alderaanian art found offworld, including moss paintings and holograms of grass paintings, can be found in the embassy's gallery. The gallery also doubles as a museum, teaching visitors about the history and culture of Alderaan. Featured in the museum portion are replicas of the Rhindon Sword, the Panteer Crown, the traditional garb worn by royalty of House Organa, and other items of significance.
  • Cafeteria: A large dining area with a fully stocked kitchen manned by a small army of chefs, many of whom were brought from Alderaan or are trained in cooking Alderaanian cuisine.
• Second Floor
  • Offices: The offices of the Ambassador, Junior Ambassador, and other Alderaanian dignitaries can be found on the second floor of the embassy.
  • Conference Rooms: Boardroom-style chambers used for various medium-size meetings.
• Upper Levels
  • Lodgings: Various apartments and domiciles used by the Ambassador, Junior Ambassador, their families and certain staff are found in the upper levels of the embassy.

SECURITY
Medium - High, depending on the area. The first floor is open to the public, requiring only that visitors be screened for weapons and explosive devices. The second floor is off limits to anyone that isn't a government official, and the upper levels are fully secured and private residences guarded by the Alderaanian secret service. Depending on who is present, this may include members of the Abzu Honor Guard, shapeshifters who are sworn to protect members of House Organa. Surveillance devices can be found throughout the building, monitoring and recording for suspicious activities.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Formerly a Galactic Alliance consulate, the Alderaanian Embassy was recently repurposed to become the offices of the Ambassador from Alderaan. The exterior and interior of the building has been renovated and redecorated, adding Alderaanian flair to the otherwise traditionally Naboo-style architecture.
