Culture: The Cultures of Eldiria consists of a boiling pot of numerous aspects of culture, ranging from Tribal values to high respect of Religion in its impact on the Planet's acceleration and evolution. Before the Technology Revolution, the planet was mostly ruled by Theocracy, leading to frequent rituals and celebrational activities during the Planet's first orbital years. While they had no set name or basis of a deity, they often consulted to a higher force of being that they called "Leumaki" which was a indigenous term for the local Telorians for "Father" or "Creator". Aside from religion, they had holidays both personal and public that reflected on the aging of a Telorian male/female, birth, death, etc. One famous holiday which can be dubbed "The Festival of Auras", is an event in which the Telorians gathered in Junsi, and danced, ate, drink and celebrated the planet's prosperity of a successful year by displaying the beauty of their skins, which glowed and reflected that of the galaxy's skies at night, giving it is name of The Festival of Auras, resembling that of the Northern Lights.
For an average Eldirian, the daily life consists of largely agriculture and communication activities such as gatherings or engaging in politics in the planet. Trade and agriculture are thus two important and main aspects in their economy, since most of the population grow up to either work in the farming or production industry or private ventures such as governmental work. Entertainment is a very small, but important aspect in an Eldirian's lifestyle: Gatherings to depict plays and stories occur, one of which is the infamous, important Festival of Auras for the local Telorians. Entertainment is an important way of keeping history alive in the planet. Military is a non-essential part of Eldirian culture as they only maintain a small military and local policing forces to maintain peace among the villages and cities of Eldiria.

Technology: Kotari City and Port Gastir are two examples of the Planet's attempt to become at par with the galaxy. Unfortunate change of events led to decline and abandonment of all projects relating to Technology, even leading to some parts of Eldiria such as Port Gastir into become wasteland-esque shipyards/abandoned parts of the planet. The closest thing to tech that the planet possessed is small shipyards in Port Gastir that are used for entrance(restricted) and departure from the planet.

History: During its earliest dated habitations, the planet of Eldiria was a peaceful sanctuary to the race known as Telorians. Claiming to have descended from a cosmic force of sorts, the people thought of Eldiria as an gift from this cosmic being they called Leumaki. After receiving centuries of prosperity and rejoicing of the planet's few but abundant resources it had to offer, the Telorians decided to enclose itself from any connection from the outer world. It was only after a wandering trading fleet discovered the planet, that the planet was discovered.

After welcoming these strangers to their planet, several Telorians departed with these strangers to discover the outer world. What occured as a result, was the Technology Revolution. Before the arrival of these strangers, Eldiria was a peaceful grassland/oceania planet that relied on the theocratic members of their society and rituals to get by life. The returning Telorians that had discovered technology around the galaxy, brought back its' secrets to try to influence and flourish the planet's capabilities. Cities filled with towering infrastructures took over the deserted ruins that contained history from the first few civilizations that lived during the planets creation.

Years later, the planet attempted to transform the entirety of the planet into a booming metropolis, with the exception of a few key areas such as Junsi, where descending theocracy members resided.

In the process, the planet began welcoming several trading groups, smugglers, and even a small count of Jedi that began enlightening and even training the small group of force users that existed among the race. Trouble arose as smugglers and crime syndicates planned on taking the planet over to exploit its possible uses for their own economical benefit. After bloodshed and years of darkness, the Telorians drove out all outsiders from the outside world, enclosing themselves in. Port Gastir was abandoned, only containing occasional travelers the decide to depart from Eldiria, while Junsi rose in population along with Kotari City, being the only two populated cities in the planet.

Several Telorians still travel outside of Eldiria today, enhancing the planet to keep up with technology in the galaxy, but the planet refuses to trust any faction from the outside world, cutting themselves out from the galaxy in the unknown regions.
Timeline-
  • 12,000 BBY- Planet's Genesis
  • 8,400 BBY- Telorians' ancestors appear
  • 6,000 BBY- First dated villages established
  • 400 BBY- Junsi is established and The Temple of Auras is built
  • 90 BBY- Kotari City is first developed
  • 23 ABY- Theocratic government unites the scattered villages of Eldiria
  • 207 ABY- Series of small rebellions attempt to overthrow the Theocracy, all failed, resulting in just strengthening the Theocracy's influence on the planet. Telorians known today have evolved by this time
  • 300 ABY- First outsiders(A band of travelling traders) first discover Eldiria.
  • 350 ABY- Outsiders begin projects to renovate Kotari City in return of citizenship and access to several resources that the planet has to offer.
  • 390 ABY- Kotari City is established, Port Gashir project is started
  • 398 ABY- Nationalist Conflict supported by outsiders to overthrow the government occurs. The conflict brings attention of many crime syndicates and groups seeking to control the planet.
  • 401 ABY- Decades long Civil War ensues between supporters of a Free Republic, Interested parties, and the Theocracy shed blood among each other. Port Gashir project halted in the process.
  • 430 ABY- Casualities occur among both sides as the Gulag Virus reaches Eldiria. Parts of the planet fall to the virus, leading to famine and mass death among the people.
  • 480 ABY- War reaches its peak, as the Theocracy supporters manage to begin to push back forces, despite lack of proper weaponry and resources.
  • 501 ABY- After a hundred years of war, the Theocracy regain control of the planet, driving outside forces off the planet in the mist of victory. Plans to reunite the planet's people begin, despite the peak of the Gulag Virus' effect on the planet.
  • 840 ABY- Despite the near-eradication of the Telorians and people of Eldiria, the planet's population begins to rise back up. Port Gashir stands as a reminder of the bloodshed that occurred to prevent further rebellions, being one of the highest polluted areas on the planet due to the wasteland desert atmosphere.

While well written, there are a lot of logical problems with this planet. First of all, one or two font colors, please edit this.
For one. You can't create a technologically par planet, with massive city scapes, with a population of 1.2 million in the unknown regions. Likewise it will need a connection of some kind to the galaxy at large to be, as you put, to be on par. Your going to either have to change its technological and infrastructure development level or move the planet and increase the population, heavily increase the population. You'll need to bring the planet closer to the sun then "Far" if its going to be a terrestrial world. Or you can make it a backwater planet with harsh environment.

The culture needs to be added to significantly. Try to add things about daily life, more details on the planet's economy, entertainment, local military, etc. The history needs a timeline, and like the culture needs more info other than how the locals went from a theocracy to as technologically advanced as the most regions of the galaxy. You'll either need to give a detailed explanation on how it has economy robust enough, with 1.2 million people, to create such massive like cities, with impressive skyscrapers and monolithic structures. Or give the planet an import export relationship that's plausible enough to explain how they were built.

Overall you have an interesting theme. But this idea of a planet in the unknown regions, that was once a backwards theocracy and turn into an technological power and cut itself off from the galaxy, is rather two dimensional. I recommend a complete rework.
