STRENGTHS

• Lightsaber Resistance: Electrified cortosis makes the weapon able to parry lightsabers at no risk to itself.
• Hot Blade: When engaged, for up to five minutes, the weapon gains extreme cutting power and can cleave through virtually any metal with ease. Because it is cortosis itself, it has the immensely high melting point of the precious metal.
• Heats: Prolonged exposure to the heated blade can superheat metal, meaning armored opponents could feasibly be burned badly, even if their armor holds.
• Shocking: If the weapon touches flesh, it can send a shock through the body of the target that can cause nerve damage or even cardiac arrest. This effect is exacerbated if the opponent has cybernetics. It can also cause short circuiting in armor and integrated technology.
• Voidstone Pommel: The use of a voistone pommel have a 'nullifying' effect over the Force. The stone is surround by a small metal hull that opens up to show the stone and its ability, also closing at will, to disable its effects.

WEAKNESSES

• Shock risk: Because of the alternating current that runs along the weapon, touching it without insulation is not advised. When not in use, it must remain in the specialized sheath or the user and others nearby risk accident, up to and including death.
• Overheating: Due to the inherent risks of using high heat for a long period of time (i.e. warping of the metal, damaging the heating elements, etc.) the blade can only engage the extreme settings for five minutes at a time. After that, the weapon automatically engages a “safe mode” that will allow it to cool down and preserve the components. This safe mode is slaved to a twenty minute period, and cannot be overridden.
• Mirror match: Because it has the melting point of Cortosis, it cannot be used to melt Cortosis or other lightsaber resistant metals. This is because it would take as much time to accomplish as the weapon itself could withstand before going into safe mode, and therefore risks trading the weapon for the intended target- something the Smith felt was inadvisable.
• Handle with care: using this sword in combat requires a trained hand and a competent mind. Because of how heavy it is, and the volatile nature of the weapon, a single misstep could spell disaster.
• EMP: The use of EMP makes its technological trinket completely useless and thus makes it a simple cortosis blade.
• Range: The voidstone's effect only works within a certain range.
• Mestare Crystal: Lightsabers with this famous crystal can still cut through the cortosis blade.

DESCRIPTION
The Ecliptor, pride and joy of her grace, the Duchess of JanFathal, Lunafreya Solidor, Princess of House Solidor. At Her Grace's request, the droid received what most organic beings only dream, a blade more fitting to a king than the hands of a machine. Its blade was meant to serve as his greatest weapon against any force user he faces, for it is known that this droid was meant exactly thinking on protecting his mistress against other force users.

The brilliant minds of Automatron worked day and night to to meet the requirements of His Grace, the idea was to make a blade capable of heating up like metal in a furnace, becoming a lethal weapon for organic beings and other metals. When already produced, such a lethal feat, the Duchess brought Automatron a rare example of voidstone, a stone with unique properties across the galaxy. Under his orders, the stone was polished and surrounded by a small hull that opens and closes, placed directly on his pommel.
