There are Two things that are evident.

1. We all wanna do something.
2. Mandalorians are split about allying with the Republic, because a lot of them haven't seen yall help Mandalore ever. So this is a chance to reach across the Isle.

So, I took some initiative. I spoke with Anja and with Gir Quee and we set up a skirmish on Echoy'la.

IC: Echoy'la, our ancient colony has been inhabited by our enemies the Primeval. Still reeling from the Invasion of Wayland, the Mandalorians have decided to spit in the face of the Primeval and steal our Beskar from the planet they control. Upon hearing of this the Galactic Republic, long having been seeking peace between us, have asked if we would accept their aid in this mission. They hope to garner some trust among the Clans in helping us here.

OOC, everyone (Both Sides) are going to be able to use the thread for Beskar. That has been agreed on. All participants will be able to use the thread for a Unique Production Beskar Item, so don't worry about winning or loosing in that regards. Lets just write some fun duels with our most Hated Enemies.

Spots are First Come First Serve. But even if there are no spots still post interest. Someone may drop out or we may increase the size.

10 vs 10 is the name of the Game. (There is an option to increase if both sides have a lot of interest.)

Well, I'm not giving you the spot purely out of selflessness. I'm going to have a couple threads on my hand over the next few days, so if I can give the spot to someone who can do a better job than myself - I have no problem giving it up. Feel free to have it if you want it.

If you're looking for equipment, feel free to grab anything out of the Armory (within reason).

Don't just show up with a star destroyer as your "armor".

Well, as stated above, I wasn't just passing my spot over to [member="Marcus Foster"] out of the 'goodness' of my heart. I was approached to do several threads yesterday and I do not want the split attention between three different threads to lessen my performance in a thread such as the one that you guys have planned. If he can do a better job than myself with availability and all; I have no qualms about passing him the spot given to me.

Besides, I'm sure there will be plenty of chances in the future for me to act on behalf of the Republic in relations with other Factions, and when those times come - You will see me there. I appreciate the offer of using the armory to gather the needed weapons and armor for this thread, and I will certainly be making use of that in the future.
