- Duramarble is a synthetic based compound that starts out as a liquid, just like Duracrete, and can be poured into molds allowing for a wide range of shapes and sizes.
- Durable: duramarble is made the same way as duracrete, making it a strong durable construction material. Also starting out as a liquid always it to be cast in solid pieces resulting in an impervious surface.
- Wear and tear: Like all things in life, duramarble will break down, loose its shine and all around suffer the ravages of time. Being a construction material, it's constantly under stress from daily use and, despite its strengths, will wear out.
With the rise of intergalactic trade, the artists and sculptors of Arsenae ran into a curious problem. How do you continue to supply large amounts of marble sculptures, tiles, columns and other marble based products without losing your natural supply? The answer was a simple one and came in the form of an already well known and used material, duracrete. With a combination of certain chemicals, duracrete could be made to resemble marble extremely well, to a point there's almost no difference in appearance and texture. When still in liquid form, a variety of dyes and flakes of colored material can be added to give it patterns and colors. Some of these colors and designs include: Natural, Blue, Pastels and many others. Because duramarble is a liquid when it starts out, it can be poured into castings of near endless sizes and shapes. Sculptors by large duramarble blocks and use special designed tools to sculpt exquisite statues.
