Description: A massive volcano, still active though it has not erupted since 483 ABY.
History: Duhu Fitad was discovered and named in 378 ABY by the gorup of explorers that first discovered Duniya. It was scouted for the precious gemstones found in other mountains on the planet, but none was discovered, so it and the continent it sat on was mostly left alone. In late 379 ABY the Sith Lord Zanus discovered the volcano, and made his laboratory and home within a large cave inside of the mountain, kept cool from the lava outside it's walls with artificial climate control. From there, the Sith Lord conducted his biological expiriments, and unleashed a number of creatures on the continent of Duri before his death by one of his own expiriments in early 483 ABY. Without the Sith Lord to maintain it, the technology that kept the cave habitable soon failed, and by the end of the year the rock walls of the cave had melted from the magma that surrounded it. The Sith Lord's small but powerful private armory and the lava did not mix, causing a small explosion int he herat of the volcano... which then led to a powerful eruption. Ash and soot spread over the entire continent of Duri, and lava floes killed the vast majority of the Sith Lord's expiriments., which mostly stil llived in the area. However, a few survived...
