Keepin Corellia Weird
-THE GREAT RACE-
Friends, enemies, scruffy nerf herders and laser brains alike! Lend me your ears! The Corellian Confederation has decided to revive and host a running of the legendary Dragon Void Run!!! There will be a maximum of 10 slots open for this prestigious event (a 16-hour obstacle course ship race between three planets!!!), and the winner will receive c500,000 and a custom-designed ship (chosen from starfighter, freighter, or light cruiser/frigate) with enough bells and whistles to make [member="Ayden Cater"] bleat! Details are below:When: Sign-ups will run from today until 5pm EST on Friday - February 23rd. The actual event itself will run Monday, February 26th until March 9th (two weeks total).
What: 10 post minimum thread, detailing the captain & ship's reaction to a minimally DM'd obstacle course & race. If multiple entrants, the crew will be judged together in one group, and 2 members would need 5 posts each, etc...
How: Entries will be judged by a member panel from the Corellian Confederation. Judging criteria will be things such as originality, the coherency of story, etc...
Beyond the stated rewards, the Confederation will retain other sponsorships and rewards offered and is accepting donations to the furthering of normalization and rebuilding of life on Corellia through several charities. Any donations will net the donor person or business as a sponsor, with eternal thanks and gratitude and free advertising during the race!
