Dominion of Hast

We have actually been hunting a criminal organization in a couple threads. They are a well-organized pirate group of sorts. They do work in the slave trade but as far as it being happening on Hast i do not see that. Security is too good for anything major.

How about an attack, this group could blow something up in an attempt to hurt the Directorate and slow them from hunting their group. the OSJ could come to assist when they openly start attacking targets on hast?

I really would like it as part of the OSJ, I just would like it if you guys would consider the work and stuff we have going on Hast.

I mean I will blow up the Directorates orbital station in a firey ball of death leaving the directorate crippled until help can arrive opening up the world for this group to carry out further terrorist attacks on the world itself.

I don't think you have to go that far. It can simply be the Hastan government and the Directorate inviting the Silver Jedi to set up shop to bolster the defenses of the system and its valuable shipyards in response to the the developments in the Caldera.

As the Directorate has a Marine Corp, I think it would be a good idea for the Marines and Silver Rangers to have some kind of exercise to promote NFU activity.

Maybe the fleeters and fleeters in training can simulate an assault on the shipyards in their own exercise to improve readiness and get more Silver fleeters online.

I agree though, I don't want this dom overrunning what's already been done on Hast.

However, I could see some individuals running some kind of secrer trafficking ring for a few wealthy sickos. This can tie back to what we're looking to do in Hutt Space. I think your slaver NPCs could work here.

I can see this working out pretty well as a possible solution.


Just a thought, but I wrote the planetary council that's ruling Hast to have a measure of internal intrigue between the different city-states. While it's not blatantly fractured, there's a lot of underlying tension and political maneuvering between many of the city states. I think this could provide a lot of potential avenues for getting the OSJ involved.

For example, perhaps some Jedi are called in as impartial negotiators between a pair of city-states o the brink of war. Perhaps one of the city councilors claims that he is being framed by another group as having ties to a slaving organisation (maybe he does, maybe he does not).

Have it be a gala, or a conclave, or even a defense symposium on strategic assurance and deterrence in the Tingel Arm region.
