- Accessibility: Access to the apartment itself is by keycard that Domar keeps on his person, provided by the leasing office of his building. Starvine Terrace maintenance men have access as well, utilizing their skeleton keycards to enter the home when necessary.
- Description: Domar's flat is an elegant high-end apartment located in the Jasmine Building in Starvine Terraces, an eco-friendly neighorhood in Qosantrya. His career as a pilot allows him to afford such affluent living and his flat represents exactly that: luxury while also eco-conscious. The flat is one floor and consists of one bedroom, two full bathrooms, an office, living room, kitchen, and balcony.
- Bedroom - The bedroom features a king size bed set in the center of the room. Several wardrobes are built into the walls for storing clothes. The room is lit by a large recessed light in the center of the ceiling. This light is controlled by either the dimmer switch on the wall or a remote. A 75" curved television is mounted on the wall across from the front of the bed. It has over 1,000 channels and retractable speakers and holonet connection. Across from the wardrobes are 4 large plexalloy windows that face out to the beautiful, scenic Golden Strand Sea.
- Living Room - The living room is as elegant as it is cozy. Features include a conversation pit with a fireplace, a bar, pool table, a large bookshelf vertical gardens, and a holoprojector. Domar has brought in more furniture for the comfort of guests when he hosts evening parties. Two holotelevisions are mounted on the walls, providing options on what to watch at any given time. Several ottomans and hammock chairs fill out some of the space in the room and luxury barstools are set at the bar.
- Office - In Domar's office is a traditional wooden desk with a holocomputer. This computer is protected by Aegis SH13LD and features a TunnelNet VPN. This computer can also access the Commonwealth Navy Holonetwork through a hyper secure private network. A loveseat is set up against a wall to the left of the desk.
- Main Bathroom - The main bathroom is attached to the bedroom. Inside you'll find a marble tub, spacious walk-in shower, a self-flushing toilet with attached bidet, dual sinks, a bamboo garden, and a stone fountain.
- Secondary Bathroom - The secondary bathroom, attached to the living room, is much smaller than the main bathroom. Featuring only a toilet, single sink, and a hand dryer.
- Kitchen - The kitchen comes fully stocked with necessary appliances needed for premium cooking. Most of which are AI assisted to ensure anything cooked is made to perfection. A dormant COO cook droid, COO-6, is kept within a hidden compartment in the kitchen, ready to be activated when needed.
- Balcony - Overlooking the Qosantrya skyline, the balcony provides comfort and a space for entertaining guests. It comes furnished with several lounge chairs, a overhanging garden, an in-ground firepit, and a small bar.

The Jasmine Building is a newer structure in Starvine Terraces, prioritizing luxury while also following the districts eco-friendly regulations. Domar moved into his flat shortly after his promotion to Major of the Commonwealth Starfighter Corps. The flat is mostly untouched as he spends most of his time deployed with the Comonwealth Navy.
