- Connected: The Domakir permit instantaneous communication between users. Information sent or received ranges from purely auditory to full visual, depending on the skill of the user.
- Imbued: The Force permeates every fiber of the Domakir, enabling its function as a communication device.
- Strong: In spite of its sole composition of crystal, the Domakir is resilient to blunt force, requiring either a blaster or a lightsaber to destroy one by conventional means.
- Glow: The Domakir will begin to glow with a unique aura, allowing users to recognize when someone is attempting to reach them.
- Stone: The Domakir requires a trained Force Practitioner to use. While anyone with force sensitivity may witness messages sent through a Domakir, one requires training in communicating through the Force in order to send messages.
- Imbued: Due to the nature of construction, the Domakir will not function when it or the user is blocked from the Force.
- Likewise: The Domakir can transmit messages to other Domakir, but they cannot transmit messages directly to an individual. One must be in direct contact with a Domakir to receive a message
After the Cataclysm, the Knights Obsidian were weakened. Not wishing to risk further destabilization by relying on conventional communication, Voph designed a series of artifacts called Domakir. These devices, when properly used, allowed all connected parties to speak with each other simultaneously and instantaneously. While having some drawbacks from conventional communications, it would always function, even in times of war. This ensures that the Knights Obsidian will never be without leadership. Even spread among the Confederacy, the Knights stand as one.
