Description:
Lorane's tech-gauntlet is, in simplest terms, a universal remote. In less simple terms, it's a mechanical aid with integrated weapons.
The base of the gauntlet is simply an armored protective covering with a holoprojector and a cutting beam. The doctor originally used it to help him plan out bigger projects and for anything that needed precise measurements. It was later upgraded to have shock generators in several places along the lower arm to be useful in close-quarters fighting.
After meeting Rawnie Tal'verda and deciding to take a leaf out of the Mandalorian armorers' book, Lorane partially rebuilt the gauntlet to house a flamethrower, as well as a 'universal remote' function that allows him to remotely control any of his voice-linked tech that he programs into it. Currently, that only includes his jet boots and his ship, the Bluebird.
