Jedi Mom
(OOC: Sorry, been busy.)
Cornelius' remarks held little sting; she was used to crabby old men at high class functions and death threats from those who hated Jedi, though the two together was a rare occurrence. Nef had heard about his marriage into the royal family, and wondered what would happen when he found out that they were legally related or that her whole family was force sensitive. She seriously wondered if he'd put an innocent child like Articus on trial.
the lady turned back to her jawa friend, and whispered a comment
"Would it not be hilarious if I saved his life?"
having perceived some of what he'd thought in addition to hearing what he'd said she continued at a normal volume appropriate for the close distance.
"I cannot say I am all that familiar with Ms. Med-Beq or the current Confederacy. Forgive me, I am still catching up on what has happened over the years. Still, the knowledge I have of and from my original time might be of interest to those dark siders who drain knowledge from others."
[member="Klesta"]'s reply would be interesting at least as he'd not mentioned the knowledge drain.
The countess' gaze drifted to Princess Catrina, who clearly didn't want to be here. Oh, how well Nef understood how she felt. She'd been the princess' age once, and she'd been bored out of her skull the few times she'd accompanied Master Bari to banquets with diplomatic undertones.
