Location: In the war torn sector that was District Twelve the sky scraper can be seen from miles in any direction and is one of the tallest buildings on Denon. It's at the core of the former crime ridden area and serves as a beacon for a better and brighter tomorrow of Republic victory and democracy, at least on the outside.

Description:
The Better Future Society Sky Scraper is your very standard canon sky scraper. There's nothing special about it and towers on Coruscant are taller. But on the planet of Denon the BFS tower is the shining pilar of hope for the citizens now free from the criminal grasp of the underworld. Or that's what they want you to believe, in reality the tower is the planetary headquarters for the infamous Black Tie Syndicate where they use the tower as a point to spread drugs, weapons, and other contraband throughout the planet. By day it serves as a non profit organization to help rebuild Denon after the war that came to its doorstep at the hands of the Yuuzhan Vong and One Sith. And yes the tower and syndicate do make efforts and help pay for the repairs to the planet, but of course the entire tower is designed to launder money and sell contraband.
History:
In the beginning Denon was run by a mysterious shadow crime lord that held the entire planet's criminal underworld in check. This all came to an end when Miss Blonde and her hired gun came to town during the Republic raid of District 12. During this time Blonde and her men broke into the Crime Lord's headquarters aka the skyscraper and stole his personal holo device and computer with the dirt on every single crooked cop, operation, and vital information for running the planet's underworld. And all seemed well for the Black Ties, this was of course until the Sith and Vong invaded the world sparking a massive war all across the planet. This raged on with the Ties mixed in until the Republic came out victorious. With democracy winning the day the Black Tie Syndicate slipped into the shadows with the deeds, ownership, and information for the criminal underground. The Black Ties would then use this information to very subtly start operations up across the planet to control and keep crime to a minimum.
